Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bicester

Thank you Tom for excellent service once again. Train to Yorkshire cancelled due to strikes. Car hire only option. Car collected following a night of UK snow fall. Despite high demand for vehicles, Tom and the rest of the Bicester Enterprise team provided a car perfect for the long drive ahead with great customer service as always. Would definitely recommend.

Poor services and better to avoid. Booked 7 seater car a week ago. On the day of collection (10 am) we were made to wait for 1 hr at the office and then told the car booked was not available as we needed to wait for the car to return. They didn’t offer any alternative 7 seater car as they told us none was available. I was told this is a common issue with car rentals and they can’t help. I have used quite a few rentals abroad and never had any issues. Useless services, no alternative car options and very poor communication. The guys at the centre need to be more professional when doing their work.

Car I’ve rented I’ve had not one issue with great.Staff and service disgusting. I keep having voicemails left by a member of staff with an attitude unfortunately when your running a business you can’t always answer the phone try to call them back no answer. They randomly keep trying to take payment on my card without my permission. Still not one receipt provided for payment. Never use this branch again.

Previously my go-to whenever I needed a vehicle, will not be returning based on recent experience.Booked a vehicle for 08:00 pickup, and time was important. Arrived at 08:00 sharp only to be told cleaning had only just begun. Waited 20min or so, then after a fairly smooth check-in process discovered the vehicle was empty of fuel, so wasted another half an hour driving around finding an open gas station as the one they suggested was closed.On returning the car, discovered out of hours returns are not possible. Never seen that in a car rental branch before. Very inconvenient.Received final invoice via email and realised I was tricked into buying both the excess protection AND roadside protection. The staff member had explained that every individual piece of damage would cost £1,500 - to quote, so three scratches - that's £4

Avoid this company people my trip was cancelled at the pick up point and double charge for security deposit was never refunded back several calls emails been sent no one responded back extremely neglectic customer service 30 days passed no security deposit were refunded.they are very rip off company be careful all might not experience same but when u do goodluck .avoid enterprise Oxfordshire

The man who showed me around the vehicle was disinterested in what he was doing, and after trying to log in damage that wasn't listed eventually realised we were looking at the wrong van (he couldn't work out why it wouldn't unlock until i pointed out another van was unlocking)Enterprise have a £2000 excess which, in the event of even a nail in a tyre, will charge the FULL £2000 to you and then, at some undisclosed future time, refund the difference once a repair is done.The vehicle I was due to get was not in service (punctured tyre), the replacement hadn't been cleaned even though three staff were clearly available when I arrived so I had to wait. The vehicle had a brake service light on it which they said their service team didn't know how to turn off (brake pad wear below safe level).Won't use again.
