Very poor service. I bought a lock and key 4 weeks ago from them. The key snapped and they refused to replace saying I must have forced it! I had to replace myself at Callis locksmith who are lovely.

I had my hand on the door to open it at 15:53, and the guy locked the door at me, ignored me and then shut the shutters. Previously we have supported a local business, and I understand about having closing times, but that's horrible service and no way that closing time is 7 minutes to four precisely. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, and again would've understood if it was for something that took a ten minute conversation.
