Had to make an emergency visit to the dentist while on holiday and managed to get an appointment here.Staff all very friendly and extremely helpful and professional.Dentist explained everything in detail and was happy to answer questions.All-in-all an excellent service. Highly recommended.

Lawrence is a very gentle dentist who has painlessly looked after my teeth for 40 years. A dentist who actually makes me smile! I should have given this review a long time ago - sorry. Likewise, Anthea is an excellent hygienist - always leaving my teeth sparkling. Sam is such a nice practice manager taking time to enquire as to my well being. What a great team - more like a family! Called in with an emergency this morning (a part of my tooth broke off) and the receptionist said they won’t take an emergency patient as they are keeping the slots open for their own clients! That’s very disturbing to hear and I have never experienced this kind of attitude in my life.Edit: I’m only visiting the UK, I don’t live here.Edit 2: Hi Sam, you did have spots available, your receptionist made it clear. As I mentioned before - it's not about you not having availability, it's about leaving the spots empty for your own patients" just in case someone shows up."

From receptionist to dentist, hygienist to assistants, I’ve been so grateful to find such a quality practice to receive me as a new patient and with such genuine, responsive care.

I have recently registered with this dental practice after a very traumatic registration and appointment with one closer to my home. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to Dentists and I think the last one I registered with and ended up cancelling my next appointment with left me with such anxieties I can't explain.I attended my registration and check up with this practice yesterday and the staff were so friendly upon arriving, I felt a little at ease when I got in to the waiting room just by the receptionist, then the Dentist came out and called me in, he was so friendly and calming and I felt so at ease from the time I got in there, I was a little tense to start with but both the Dentist and his nurse were so kind, reassuring and professional and I was so grateful to them both and the front of house staff for making my first visit such a relaxed one. I feel I have definitely chosen the best Dental Practice to be with and look forward to having future visits with the knowledge that I am at ease and around a friendly professional service.Thankyou so very much to all the staff and also all the great reviews on here which lead me to deciding to register with this practice.I would highly recommend registering as the ease of process was amazing, I'd give this eternal stars if I could.

I was warmly welcomed by all staff, and was talked to and reassured throughout my appointment. Whatever concerns or enquiries I had were answered and explained thoroughly. Overall, very impressed and, if I have any future problems, I will definitely return. Although the cost was a bit steep, it was a small price to pay for reassurance and a good check up.

Excellent dental care and I've been attending this practice for some years now. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. And every member of staff is extremely kind, helpful and pleasant.My only (minor) irritation with the practice is the reception-desk, which for years, not just at the present Covid time, IMHO has not matched the same high standards. Staff are very good-natured, but only telephone is used as a communication medium with the outside world. This is too restrictive and something of a comms bottle-neck, because one can virtually never manage to speak with someone immediately. I've lost count of the number of times I keep having to ring back, or chase up on a message which I've already left. Overall, it gives an impression of Reception being a little too passive and old-fashioned in how they interact with their patient-base. On one occasion, a couple of years ago, the desk manager almost panicked when I suggested that I send them an email (which would have saved me time, but seemingly not ideal for them). Telephone is all very well, but it should be answered promptly, and one should not be constantly invited to leave a message due to lines being busy" - which I find very strange because the phones hardly ring at all whenever I'm in the waiting room.
