I came in for an IUD fitting and was very nervous having heard horror stories about this procedure. Dr Campbell and nurse Joan were absolutely amazing! There were some complications due to prior treatment but they made me so calm, talked me through every step and just made the whole experience so much easier. Thank you!

Dr Suzanne J and Nurse Joan D H were wonderful whilst treating me. I was treated with so much care, information and support. They both were very professional and are amazing with their patients. I was made to feel at ease and very comfortable. Extremely happy with the services I received at the clinic from all staff today. Thank you

The nurses where absaloutley amazing , They made me feel so relaxed I was a bit scared of getting a coil but They were so good I didn't know it was over. There was a African nurse who was so nice and kind I'm so grateful. Xxx

The incredible three ladies who looked after me today including Shiela were nothing short than wonderful!As a walk in I was extremely nervous, but the service was quick and attentive. Extremely impressed and grateful, thank you!

I’ve been here lots of times, yes you may have to wait a little bit but nothing excessive, the service is always first class, staff are alway great and friendly, really have nothing to complain about. You see on here and hear about people giving them with 1 star etc but I think that ratings are not fair as they are giving us a good service and people forget they are helping us! 100%. 5. Star all day long from me !!

Worse service and very u professional staff. They state they are offering a walk in service until 6:30pm as on their website and upon arrival at 6pm they turned me away with pain. Please do not use this service and they should be closed down as soon as possible as there is no patient care. Manager is clueless on what is on their website. All organisations should avoid working with them.

Rang at 9am in a queue of 15, 10am phone call.Lovely male doctor I spoke to but phone appointment was at 4pm didnt get call until 4:40pm to be told it was just a consultantion. Waited all day for call when I could of got sorted at walk-in clinic this morning!Receptionist should of told me it was just a consultantion- when I asked which subject's will be sorted- She told me both subject's will be sorted over the phone- so there's me thinking I'd get an appointment for a open clinic in the morning. Wasted my whole day.

Terrible service that claims to do walk ins but you have to come in at opening time to make an appointment. They clearly don’t know what a walk in means… The people on the phone are completely clueless and beyond useless. They messed up my results which took a month to get back and when I did get me results they were unreliable and poorly written. One texts said I was clear and then the next I’m not. The service genuinely needs shutting down because it creates false help for a very serious problem. Honestly deserves negative stars.
