The opticians are lovely , but while waiting for your appoitment in the waiting area you going to have 2 lovely older ladies and one in her 40’s talking about every patient after finishing the call . Looking at you and being very rude .

Treated in an absolute diabolical way and made to feel very uncomfortable whilst picking glasses up you see its againt the law to discriminate against a person for something that is an opinion in your view. People are not able to provide exemption because iys near impossible to get a doctors appointment the way your staff behaved I would advise anybody who has an exemption use a different eye care clinic because the staff in this one are extremely rude there isn't just 1 type of society and making someone feel as uncomfortable as your staff did today is not ok I will see how far I can take this because wearing a mask is not LAW your actions against me whilst visiting an EMPTY SHOP was wrong !

I have been many opticians this is the first one that was very professional and friendly especially a lady called Sheila was very helpful this was reason I have I to leave a 5* review they also had a sale half price & i had missed it but the lady was very kind enough to honour it I'll definitely be going back & will be recommending to others the glasses are fairly priced & high quality I highly recommend that you visit the shop because you won't be disappointed

The opticians here are great, however the elderly receptionist is extremely and disgustingly rude. They will only show you respect if you buy from them however as soon as you change your mind, they show their true colours. The elderly receptionist needs training on how to put customers first as I asked them a question and they replied with ‘I’m busy so go wait’. They did not even clean the glasses before handing them out. I will never go to this optician ever again and I advise everyone not to go if you do not want to be treated like an animal.

I want to thank the lady I saw today in the Ely branch for her reassurance I had a appointment at short notice and her colleague that works in the llanrumney shop for making it possible

Very rude, can here them whispering oh my god, while your making an enquiry, huffing and puffing. At first my elderly parent spoke to the receptionist on loud speaker and the receptionist had a blunt bad attitude. The customer service needs to be audited, to ensure people, especially the elderly are spoken to and listened to with a lot more patience. Thank you.

Went to this store and had an eye test that took almost an hour paid up front for the glasses called back about two weeks later to pick up glasses tried them on and they didn't feel right but was told to persevere with them for a few days took them back about a week later and had a second eye test two weeks later went to pick them up and I couldn't enter the store as I didn't have a mask i explained i couldn't wear one because I had blood clots on my lungs and couldn't breathe with one on so they handed them to me through the door when I got home and tried them on they were worst than the first ones i have not been back as they are still wearing masks so at the moment I'm looking for an optician to have another eye test and get glasses that i can wear i would not recommend them to anyone.

I took my 2 year old here and my child was told to be quiet her appointment was 11.50 an was seen at 12.07 an when I spoke to the staff I was told no1 told her to be quiet and was told to take my child somewhere else rude people who work here never will I bring my child back

Very professional. If you have an emergency they always fit you in as soon as possible. Very professional equipment. Staff is more than friendly and helpful.
