Worst Chinese I have ever eaten in my life. Firstly, we had to wait 45 minutes on a Tuesday just to get two dishes to take out (through which time there was only two other customers). The waiting area was freezing cold and the door wouldn't shut properly to prevent it. We asked if we could have a delivery because we'd been waiting so long, and was told we have to pay extra for it. We then asked if we could just have our money back, and that too was refused, with the exception of £2.70 and 5 more minutes to wait. Once we finally got the food home, it was of very poor quality. The batter on the prawns was soggy and the satay sauce was very watery, not even resembling a traditional sauce. The seaweed we'd ordered as a side was also damp and unpleasant. Considering I have previously worked in a Chinese takeaway, I have no idea how everything was this messed up. Won't be returning.

So I often use this takeaway as it is very close to me and don’t usually have any problems. However today £22.40 down the drain!! I ordered Chicken Chow Mein NO beansprouts, seaweed, sweet and sour chicken balls and a few drinks. I ordered in the shop so there was no miss communication as I always repeat order twice. Waited 10 minutes in there, received my order and there was no prawn crackers….. everywhere gets prawn crackers especially when you pay over a certain price, when questioned about this they told me I got free fortune cookies instead, I explained I don’t like fortune cookies and he said try them anyway and next time I’d get prawn crackers…. Not the point I don’t like the pointless fortune cookies. I get home open my chicken chow mein to find it COVERED in Beansprouts. RANK !! I order them with out because I absolutely cannot eat them! Waste of money and not helpful at all and the food was absolutely freezing, baring in mind I live less than 5 minutes from here.You just lost a loyal customer.

Absolutely poor service ordered online via there own website filled in the instruction box with items I wanted removed from both meals only for them both to come with the the items I wanted removed only for them to say its to late now you've had your order SHOCKING" will not be using these again please take your money to a decent takeaway who actually look after there customers."

Worse curry j have ever had no sauce it was dry and tastless and rice terfible all went in the bin

I asked for special fried rice and got a tub of rice, gravy, massive strips of sweetcorn and a bit of meat. Was really not expecting what I got. Most Chinese takeaways serve the very same dish without 3/4 of the stuff they put in. Really wanted to ring up and have them change it but was so hungry I wasn't going to wait another half hour for another delivery. Very disappointed.

Inedible!! Food took one hour and 50 minutes to arrive. COLD, LIMP and SOGGY chips, COLD and GREASY prawn toast, COLD chicken and SOLIDIFIED gravy. Partners food just as bad. Rang to complain but nothing done about the problem. Would not recommend and would strongly advise against!!

If you could leave no stars then I would have. My won tons were dry and over cooked, my szechuan duck tasted like fairy liquid, I tried to get them to take the food back and give me my. Money back and they just refused and told me that's his style of cooking, with soap instead of oil apparently.

Only reason iv given a 1 is so I can put a review. I have to say that has to be the worst Chinese i have ever tasted!! £26 in the bin everything I tried of what I brought just got worse and worse never tasted anything like it. Will never go here ever again and wull definitely not recommend.

I had a special chow main. The beef, chicken and pork was lovely but, the meal overall was very greasy. Won't be eating this on a regular basis.
