Verry unprofessional employees in the petrol station. Takes them 10min to activate the pumps because they're to busy socialising. Always an inconvenience and regularly a disappointing service. Management should probably pay more attention to the employees lack of customer service skills. The body cams should be a requirement for rude employees.

I was served by a lovely friendly, young girl called Tae who very kindly took the time to help me with the app and explained to me how I could find my clubcard in my apple wallet. What a credit to your store, and I hope she receives this feedback as I was truly grateful that she took the time to help me!

Don't use the petrol station. The ignorant or just stupid attendant would not free the pump where I had the nozzle in the car, she was too busy talking. After 4 or so minutes I put the nozzle back and tried pay at pump again it would not reset and as a result my card was unable to be accepted it just kept spinning and spinning. A further 5 mins of trying and beeping the horn to which she just looked so we left and went to a proffesional petrol station half a mile down the road.

Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when asked a simple question, rotten fruit and veg on the shelves.This store KILLED Stalham Town.I will happily drive to North Walsham and go to Sainsburys as they are top quality compared to this dump.

Small store doesn't always have everything you want, but if you ask, they may stock for you. There are too few shampoos and conditioners and not enough types of body wash/soaps. The alcohol is two sides of an aisle and the pet food is almost a full aisle. Why is there more of this stuff than actual human food?

Not much wholemeal bread available, can't eat sliced bread due to processed bread,Lots of plastic packaging on vegDisappointed as wanted to buy a few not large amounts
