Had my ears pierced by the lovely Liv! She was so caring and made sure you knew the aftercare,healing time and the risks that can go with a piercing too. She was so helpful and made sure the placement was perfect before she pierced. Would definitely come again. Thanks Liv you are a superstar!

Excellent, efficient, professional and hygienic service. Sophie May was fabulous! Other staff members could not have been more accommodating either. Wonderful warm and welcoming atmosphere in the L1 store today. My daughter was thrilled to have her ears pierced for the 1st time. Well worth the price.

I came in today into the liverpool one store looking for a watch for my husband for christmas. I was able to look around without having anyone bombard me which I personally find very pleasing as some shops jump on you for sales. I did look a little lost looking and this wonderful lady called Sophie May came to me and showed me an array of watches and we had a right laugh! she was a lovely woman and an absolute asset to your store. She helped me decide the exact one to get and i’m incredibly happy with my choice. Whilst in there I had a little medical episode which she was also super understanding off and gave me time to go outside and get some air and again we had a good little chat about stuff! Thank you to your store for a lovely pleasant transaction especially around this time of year when it is absolutely heaving.

Got my 3rd earlobe piercing today was able to walk in and get it done straight away without having to book an appointment which I was pleased about.Liv did my piercing she was lovely,very professional, giving me lots of great advice and tips.

Sophie J was the lovely lady who served me at H. Samuel store in Liverpool 1 where I bought a Casio watch.Sophie, is without a doubt an attribute to your company, with great personable skills and overall delivered service you should expect from anyone working in a customer facing role. She even took the time to adjust the watch a few times to suit me.The store has also been upgraded since I last went in, and it's certainly a warmer and more welcoming environment.I walked away with a smile and a hop in my step, making my purchase and experience worthwhile.Thank you.

On the afternoon of Thursday 30th November 2023 - I had a pleasent interaction with Alex (Retail Assistant) due to my explanation of my Learning Disabilities making it difficult to set the right time to my recent Casio Black Friday purchase.Alex was very understanding and set the precise time to the second for London (UK).I then noticed that the watch was too loose resulting in a request for two links needing to be removed. Alex once again was very helpful doing this task in a efficient manner.Brilliant customer service.

Tom was so helpful and friendly. It was 6pm on Saturday 18.11. He quickly found the item I was collecting. He offered insurance for my purchase and explained how it worked. Courteous, efficient service. I felt looked after and valued. Liverpool L1 store.

Lovely experience:)my fiance and I came here looking for help about the proposal ring that my partner chose, the problem was that the ring was too big for me, so we decided to pop in and ask for help. TOM help us understanding the ring sizes, and the process of the resizing, he was very polite, and patient, and very careful handling the ring, his customer service was brilliant!Thank you TOM to make our experience the best, was the first time for me in a jewelry shop:) keep up the good work!
