We've just taken on a letting through Dragonfly Lettings agents.it has been a great experience. Very professional.We dealt mainly with Joel who was extremely helpful and so kind to provided us with a viewing appointment altering his appointments for the day. We really appreciate his professionalism he is a real asset to the team.Joel Saunders and Becky Everest took us through the process and were quick to respond to any queries made. communicated every thing clearly and immensely appreciate their willingness to help. Highly recommend Dragonfly and especially Joel.

Today, we had the pleasure of attending a viewing with Sam.Sam both other the phone and in the viewing has been incredibly friendly and supportive, while maintaining professionalism.Furthermore when I called with further questions after the viewing, Sam was prompt to respond and assist concisely, which is greatly appreciated.Very impressed with the customer service and support received and would definitely recommend

These guys are awesome. Very efficient and when you have a problem in your property and you call the. They respond efficiently service providers are sent in the shortest period possible. I would recommend these guys anytime

Now it's time to give a review... we are a family from London with 1 child and it wasn't easy to find the house for us here in Norwich, we tried different agencies until we saw a house with Dragonfly and although the first application was not successfully, they called us back to ask if we were still looking for a house because the house in question was back on the market. We were surprised but very happy, Olivia's availability was truly surprising and we also thank her for her patience in every circumstance. If you need anything, they will respond quickly and try to resolve problem in short time!

Today was my 3rd viewing with Sam and he has been nothing but amazing. Patient, honest and accommodating of what kind of property I was looking for. requested for an update if they had anything with my specifications and they delivered.Would highly recommend Dragonfly Lettings from the experience I have had with Sam.

Great company to work alongside, very quick and efficient. Polite and well spoken. Heard nothing but great things from Dragonfly’s tenants. Pleasure to work with.

Sadly I cannot give 0 stars. Absolutely appalling service. Lied about how we were saying we were difficult and rude when that was not the case. Told our landlord lies about us, simply asked for things to be done and said the landlord was looking at quotes when this wasn’t the case. Would have girls giggle down the phone when asking simple questions. Never dealt with people so unprofessional. Would not recommend this agency to anyone.

With the amazing help of Louise Kennelly, my partner Brad and I were able to quickly get through all the paper work and successfully move into our new home. Louise was always on hand to answer any of our queries and guide us through the paperwork. She was always polite and charismatic making the process less tedious as she sounded just as excited for us to move in.Thank you Louise, we couldn’t have done it without you :)

Amy from Dragonfly Lettings has been the best agent I have ever dealt with when renting in the UK! She is extremely informative and attentive, and follows up with me whenever I have any query, no matter how small! She has made me feel like she really is on my team and wants to help me find the best property possible.
