Moved my prescription from boots and now yet again my prescription is messed up. I’ve spoken to them three times before my delivery today and two items out of ten show up with the driver saying they said they know items are missing but it doesn’t matter!!!!!!!!! Takes an hour for them to answer the phone. I understand that they are busy but every single time I’m due medication it’s wrong after I’ve triple checked they’re doing it right. Honestly wouldn’t bother with them!!! Delivery drivers are great but they can’t do much to help

Only appears to share one phone line for external customers. It's a reason why I chose to give 4 **** instead of 5. It's not my fault. However I use this pharmacy myself, as it's convenient to use and quite spacious. I enjoy the home delivery services.
