I have been have my nails (BIAB) done by Vicki at the beginning of June and have been going every 2 weeks ever since. She is lovely and so friendly and makes each visit enjoyable. I always come away with amazing nails.

The team at HD are amazing. Myself and my daughter have had several different treatments; lashes, brows, nails and facials with Hannah, Vicki and Ellie. All are excellent at their work. Super friendly and the salon has a lovely relaxing vibe.

Have attended here for Red vein treatment on my cheeks and for a deep massage. Both beauticians were knowledgeable, friendly and gave advice that they could explain to ensure I only paid for what I actually needed. Highly recommend.

After asking on Secret Norwich Recommends page on Facebook if there was anywhere localish to Norwich that could host a kind of mum and daughter pamper day because I couldn’t find anywhere. Hannah, the owner of HD Beauty messaged me to make up a bespoke package for myself, my friend and our daughters. Hannah, went above and beyond to assist us including sourcing us a gluten free afternoon tea from a different supplier. Hannah, Vicky and Courtney went out of their way to make sure the girls enjoyed their day and were lovely, professional and I’d highly recommend. Out treatments were all top notch and we will be going back again.
