TUI Holiday Store

At age 57 I decided to try my first package holiday.I called Tui Huddersfield and spoke to Francesca, and gave her a brief outline of our requirements. She came back immediately with some recommendations and we booked 11days at the Hotel Christina in Crete.For a very reasonable price we had 11 perfect days in a friendly family run hotel. I approached TUI at Huddersfield to book my first cruise holiday. I spoke with Rachel at length she provided various options and tailored a package holiday to meet my requirements. As a result I booked a Celebrity Cruise holiday for 2024. Her knowledge and attention to detail were second to non. I cannot fault the first class service I received and will now book all my holidays through Rachel.

Recently booked our Disneyland Paris trip with Francesca at TUI Kingsgate Huddersfield. Brilliant service and covered all our questions and queries. All our options were discussed and everything that the kids and grown ups wanted was included in the package.Francesca is incredibly knowledgeable and was well placed to advise exactly the right package, dates, hotels etc.The kids weren't bored when booking and were included when discussing the holiday. They got a little gift as well to get them all excited for the trip in the New Year.Thank you.

So glad we booked in a store and we could have that face to face when with a week to our holiday we needed to change it due to conflict in the area we were originally visiting, Francesca was great trying to find a good deal matching our requirements, we got there in the end. Now looking forward to a peaceful holiday.

Booked a Disney and Universal package with Francesca at TUI Kingsgate, a bonus with the extras including dining and merchandise credit, and a helping hand from Francesca who is also the Disney expert! Easy booking process tailored to my own needs, and ended with the best holiday thanks to all the staff and cabin crew at TUI!

We've just booked our annual Tui flights to Goa. First I tried on line as usual, only this time was different as had a voucher to add so needed to go in store which I'm always reluctant as I thought online pricing was cheaper online, But today I found out I was wrong. Sophie the Tui representative found me better flights at a cheaper rate added my voucher all in all a very pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to go in store next time once again thanks Sophie

Had a fantastic experience visiting the shop as this was the first time visiting to book a big holiday for next year. I had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Rachel who took us though our booking from start to finish ensuring that all our requirements were met. Rachel went above and beyond showing us different hotels and holiday options as we were unsure on what would be the best for us. Rachel was so knowledgeable that all our questions were answered and she was able to recommend the best place for us to stay. Booked our second holiday with Becky in store. Great service and Becky always has a smile (as do all the staff). Becky is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back in the new year to book again.
