Chris was brilliant during my first aid course. I told him that I was worried of panicking and forgetting what to do, but it really helped to change my mindset. He offered real life examples from his experience and brought about some great topics for discussion. When I walk into work on Monday, I will be looking at our defibrillator to ensure my familiarity with it, rather than it just become something that sits on the wall. There were opportunities for practical learning and videos. He was funny, easy to listen to and I definitely enjoyed my day. See you for my refresher.

I attended a one day course and really wish i could have stayed for the 3 day... i only needed the one day but was so interested and learnt more than i have on other courses in the 21 years i have done different first aid courses.Informative. Great course, so much useful information! I usually feel quite nervous during courses, but Kris made me feel welcome and at ease straight away and throughout! Very relaxed but professional course. Learnt a lot. I'll be back in 3 years (or sooner).

I took a first aid course with these guys through my company and absolutely loved it. They made it fun and enjoyable. They are all local fireman, and had a lot of interesting real life stories to add as well which made the importance of learning each item a lot more relevant. Thoroughly recommended.

We had the pleasure of Steve last week, he was excellent, easy to understand and knew what he was talking about. The tasks we were given especially the CPR task where we worked as a group was a massive benefit to us all and made us realise how important it is to work together.On a lighter note, I attach a photo, most were paying attention LOL.Thank you Steve.
