Had a rib visibility sticking out and it was very painful. Doctor said I was just making it up, even though the nurse agreed it was obviously sticking out. How is that man still a doctor?

Rang from 8.30 until 9.30 only to be told to ring back in the morning. It is the morning. No wonder the a&e departments are rammed when you have gp clinics are to lazy to take appointments

Have had to call 52 times this morning trying to get through, now been on hold 15 mins to just speak to a receptionist. Beyond a joke.

Absolutely useless. Rang 4 time's just to find out about blood results and got no answer, even rang Dr Quinn's side to find out why there's no answer and they didn't answer the phone. All I can say is god forbid someone is in a serious situation and there's no help

Never any appointments, joke of a clinic, any wonder a&e gets rammed for silly things when a GP can't give any appointments even if you ring half hour after they open.

Terrible service. Brought my 2 year old in with a big bump on his head after a fall, sleepy and complaning of sore ears and was told by receptionist to wait for over an hour!! so I went to causeway a&e where the more than helpful staff put him straight to the front of the queue, he was seen by a nurse and immediately afterwards by a doctor. Thankfully everything was fine but no thanks to scroggy road.Perhaps if the receptionists actual answer the phone occasionally and leave the diagnostics to the doctors the practice would run a little more smoothly.A child with a head injury goes straight to the front of the queue

Terrible attitude of reception staff , talking to people like they are children. Only went in because no one answers the phone on behalf of my mother. Rude , no wonder I changed surgeries years ago. Rude
