Can't fault the apartment but the fact you back onto a Supermarket delivery entrance made it very loud. We were woken up by the lorry delivering super early on the Sunday morning. I guess we should have researched the location more. It's handy for town but be prepared to be woken up by traffic and deliveries.

This place is absolutely amazing.Very clean and tidy, the rooms are set up beautifully as well as it being comfy, decent amount of room and privacy plus is right by the city centre. Really pleased with my stay here and will definitely be coming again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this place. It’s located in the city centre which was very handy for us. Plenty of places nearby to for sightseeing and dining. There was parking on site as well as a car park across the road. We stayed in Pasteur suite and the Customer service was excellent, the staff had decorated our room with beautiful roses and gave us complimentary cakes as it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed at the Nightingale suite and it was fantastic. The room itself was beautifully set up and very clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating, they even gave us complimentary cookies! I would definitely come back..

Our deluxe studio room (Pasteur) on the top floor was a wonderfully decorated room in a really well located building with free parking right outside. Costa coffee around the corner is handy for a light breakfast. The owners should be commended for the refurbishment job they have done. However, I must comment on the 2 downsides of our 3 night stay this last week.1)The double bed is too narrow for 2 people to share comfortably as well as being short. Anyone over 6 feet tall will struggle.2) The Asda supermarket roof is very close and the air conditioning unit is very loud and ran through the night. My wife and I are light sleepers so we had great trouble sleeping during our stay.

Beautiful room, very impressed with the amenities. Everything you could need is there. The bed was comfortable and the decor was lovely.Unfortunately I didn't sleep because of noise. We were woken up around 3am by loud banging followed by the sound of trollies/cages pulled. It was so loud I felt like it was inside the building. Guessing this was from the Asda store next door. The sound of footsteps above us was constant too, I understand the nature of an 'old building' but it was louder than I've ever experienced. I felt like the ceiling was going to cave in at one point when they were walking above where we slept ( there is a staircase that comes down over the bed) so not a pleasant sound to hear whilst trying to sleep, people banging on the stairs above you after a night out.I felt like there were a herd of elephants above us, I don't understand why anyone needs to move around in a room as much as this person did. And for two whole hours in the morning, footstep after footstep. It's a shame as we would have definitely returned if I had gotten a better night sleep. The Asda noise can be forgiven as it can't be helpedbeing in a city location and probably only lasted around 20-30 minutes. But the footsteps around the building were too loud to ignore, and unfortunately it was through the night and into the early morning.

The place its self is so beautiful and they have done the buliding justice, unfortunately it is right next to asda and the very early morning Sunday delivery did wake us up with a bit of a bang the floor boards are creaky but by 10 the the whole buliding was so quite and peaceful, we were in Fleming room which is ground floor had everything we needed it was missing shampoo and shower gel but luckily asda is right next door. Overall a pleasant stay very close to the to shops, restaurant and museums.
