Fantastic service. The manager Steve was a please to deal with and led us through the process, being first time storers, making everything simple and clear to understand. Most importantly he didn’t try to upsell us on more expensive units that wouldn’t fit with our needs. In fact he gave us some ideas on how to make the most of smaller units. Would definitely store again and recommend to others needing a storage solution.

The staff that served us, Shofi, was really friendly and knowledgable. Made us feel welcome right away when I came to enquire. I went back to the store a week later, and he remembered me right away, which saved me from having to explain myself again. Great service

I came to Lok’nStore today looking for somewhere to store my items. I was served by Steve one of the managers and he was so helpful helping me with everything I needed and helping me understand everything. The process was very quick and easy and took a total of 15 minutes to get through all the information and view the lockers. I would recommend Lok’nStore as everyone was so nice and very helpful.
