Dan's photos are UTTERLY GORGEOUS with a cherry on top - rich colours and an amazing skill at catching you unawares. The BEST candid photos I've ever seen! It's a far cry from the usual say cheese" repeated ad infinitum and the aching cheeks of constant posing! If his stunning portfolio and numerous awards don't convince you (and they should!)

Two of my closest friends got married at the beginning of the year. I’ve never been at a wedding where the photographer made the effort to chat to the guests and join in with the day. Dan was good fun and professional at all times. He captured so many great moments of their day and we still talk about it now, months after the event. We had Dan for both our Wedding and Covid-delayed reception. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, Dan is one of the most professional and loveliest people I have ever worked with. His enthusiasm for his trade and the work ethic he has, is sublime. Dan will blend in with your guests so everyone feels comfortable but will also ensure that group shots and bride and groom pictures are taken. Dan captures in the moment images of your day so you get a feel of what the day was like whilst looking back at the photographs. We hired Dan for our wedding day and could not have made a better choice. He is supremely talented and a delight to deal with. Dan has a unique and creative style of photography, whilst still managing to capture all the natural shots in an unobtrusive manner. I had seen Dan's work in the past and attended weddings he had photographed- so I knew I wanted him to capture our special day and booked him well in advance!That's all I had to do really- he took care of the rest. It was so stress free! He just papped away but was never over the top or bossy like some photographers I've experienced. He felt more like a guest than our photographer and was dressed really nicely, which i think is important. Dan is a really lovely, friendly guy who made everyone relaxed and my husband and I had a right giggle working with him. He also worked well with my 4 year old son, and so deserves a medal!We were sad to see him leave after the first dance.Needless to say, my photos are amazing. Really natural and just how I had envisaged. Super pleased and highly recommend. Have since seen him in recent weddings I have attended- what else do you need to know?! Top man!

Dan has the ability to blend into the background, be completely unobtrusive whilst capturing each moment in a tasteful yet eclectic way. The photos he delivered were beyond any of our expectations.
