Myself and my girlfriend purchased a BMW X3 from Nelson. He was very easy to deal with and we got a good price for the vehicle. We had a problem with the BMW , but credit to Nelson , he personally came to pick up the vehicle and fix the issue all on the same day. Top customer service and we are now happy with the car & would happily buy another vehicle from Nelson in the future . 10/10 service.

Only offer 1 month warranty but legally your covered for 3 months.Extended warranty is worthless if you make a claim worth over £500. (Major faults will costs thousands)

Avoid …It took 7 weeks for my V5 to arrive. I chased DVLA who had nothing on their system about it , called the garage … they hadn’t even sent it. So if I hadn’t have called they never would have sent it.2 months in now and the car has caught fire … no logical reason why. The car is used for getting from A to B and looked after. Very poor quality.Avoid !!!

Just bought range rover sport small dealership but friendly pleasant staff.Allowed to take vehicle out for a test drive on our own so we could try everything without someone looking over our shoulder

Avoid avoid avoid.This place is an absolute joke, sold us a car that within 3 weeks had so many repairs the repair bill came to over £3000. Despite having ‘3 month warranty’ when we brought the car to be looked at Nelson conveniently couldn’t find the same issues as the Ford garage, and could only find one small issue which wasn’t covered by the warranty… shock! Avoid at all costs unless you want to buy a car that you can only drive for 3 weeks before it becomes a dud.

Bought BMW X3 2012 F25 XE after having looked at it on autotrader. Nelson is an absolute gem. He let me drive the car and let me inspect the car alone while he sat in his office. He added 6 months of warranty via warranty wise for me (usually they offer 3 months warranty), got the car freshly MOT'd and full service including window vipers change before handing the car over to me. Also he gave me 3 days of drive away insurance instead of 1 day upon my request. His price was lowest on autotrader for the specs of the car. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would certainly recommend his showroom.

Bought a Ford Kuga which was well presented, the engine compartment was very clean. Nelson was a great guy to deal with, went for a test drive no pressure took it down the roadlooked all round it Nelson was helpful and patient a pleasent experience.

Brought a car after seeing photos and reading overview on website. Spoke to Nelson and he pointed out and discussed any issues that I had and also volunteered any slight chips the were visible. I then arranged delivery because of distance which was of my wishes.Car was delivered to me following day without me seeing car in person . It was spot on to what I wanted, and the conversation I had with Nelson was truthful and honest.I am really chuffed with car, the service and time taken with Peak Automobiles.Thanks David
