Lovely food,

Delicious food and pleasant staff.

I appreciate that this was the first week of the restaurant opening - but the service and food was just appauling, with a lack of communication throughout. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, upon arriving we ordered our drinks, there were not serving alcohol and had to ‘check’ if they had certain drinks, to which I think is unprofessional, you should know what drinks you have on sale or at least immediately tell customers what you don’t have. The lady had to come back to the table 3 times because she initially forgot to open our bottles, was missing a drink and forgot a glass after giving us said missing drink. We received our food with one dish missing - they said the chef thought it was two of the same pizza (baring in mind there was only 3 tables in the restaurant including us, not a hard order to get right), so we waited an additional 20 minutes for the pizza. The pizza they did bring was just unappealing. The base was wet with raw ham and mushrooms thrown on the top. Not cooked. They did offer a discount off the pizza for it being late, but by this point it really didn’t make a difference. £3 off of a £12 pizza that was soggy and flavourless didn’t exactly make me jump with joy. Their card machine was also not working so we had to faff around with a bank transfer to them. Ultimately I would not recommend. Complete lack of atmosphere and friendly staff. Although, as a new restaurant I do hope this is a learning curve to them and that they offer a better experience to the customers they have in the future.

Food was amazing service was incredibly fast and very polite, they couldn't do enough for you would highly recommend

Ordered through Deliveroo.1hr 10 mins late.2 phone calls needed to chase order.Tepid food arrived.Complimentary cake slices x2 for delay.Explanation was full restaurant.Recommend focusing on either restaurant or delivery. Both isn’t really working.Unfortunately would recommend against delivery. - can’t comment on sit down dining.
