I am very disappointed with the customer service I got here. I asked for help regarding beauty products but the staff named “JARIN” was not helpful at all. She didn’t even bother about my query or anything. I went there with my friends today and had to leave the store because of that unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Management should be aware of this poor customer service.

Being a regular customer i am very much disappointed with the service of Superdrug upton park. I was asking for a help sales assistant named jarin was really unprofessional and not at all helpful. Worst service ever as I wanted to buy some makeup stuffs i have to go Superdrug startdford because the worst service in Uptonpark.

I had worst experience in this store. I went 3 days before , staff is very rude especially till lady who eats something like pan masala and manager Naveed. Those guys doesn't care about customers at all. They don't have any knowledge about the products and they give similar products in stead of particular product.

this is not the first time i am in this shop.i never face that much bad customer service in my life. even they have not enough tester for customer. when i speak with manager he says they company didn't provide them. and stuff are unhappy to help the customer. if someone ask for help they ignore .

Worst experience. Staff is rude . They doesn’t explain about the perfumes and sell different ones. Especially Naveed and Manju . Keep yourself clean guys

I visited the superdrug many many times. I get everything what I need in my daily usage for like skincare, hair are, multivitamins and also other things. Their prices are quite reasonable and also they give a lot of offers every month. I loved their staff and their environment. I highly recommend people who loves to do shopping to visit them. They have plenty of branches here and there.

Today I had a very good experience in Upton park Superdrug. Navya helped me to choose a perfume with a very authentic smell. I loved the perfume and liked the customer service especially Navya who is working at the till.
