When one of our CCTV cameras developed a fault we needed to get it fixed quickly. After getting a number of quotes we were fortunate to speak ACS Alarms & CCTV based in Thornaby.They were able to respond quickly and as part of their support for local charities they offered to replace the camera and carry out an inspection / maintenance of our CCTV system free of charge.Dave Thompson arrived today and quickly and efficiently carried out the work and we now have a fully working CCTV system again.Many thanks to Dave and everyone at A.C.S. Alarms for your response and support – it is much appreciated by everyone at Cleveland Mountain Rescue.

Had Dave at my property for a few hours today to upgrade the alarm system (Dave fitted original 17 years ago) which still worked fine but the upgrade has a few new features. At the same time Dave fitted four 1080p HD CCTV cameras which give me full coverage of my property on my iPhone or iPad whenever I'm away from home. All work was carried out to the very highest standard with no mess to clear up afterwards. Dave even came back as it got dark, to make sure the cameras were set up to give full colour pictures in low light conditions. A fantastic service from a very knowledgeable and professional installer. I cannot fault his work in any way. Highly recommended.

Bought a new house with an alarm that had previously been fitted by ACS. It wasn't working as we wanted and we needed zones changing etc. Dave came out and promptly sorted everything to exactly how we wanted it to work. Within 15 minutes he was done and didn't even charge for a call out. Very rare and greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this business to anyone. 5* service.
