I was helped by a lovely young lass earlier the day around 4pm the lass had dark short hair and glasses, she was absolutely lovely and helped me with creating a memorial bear for my mam, she also helped with recording a personal message and found a quite space to record it so it didn’t have any background noise, I didn’t get her name but just wanted to say a massive thank you to her for helping me as the bear was really sentimental and my mam was in tears of happiness when I gave it to her. Absolute gem she is ❤️

Staff are always so friendly and happy. It's such a nice atmosphere in this shop and seems like the staff really enjoy their job which is nice to see.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
I took my grandson into this store for a build his own bear experience, however when we entered the quiet store we weren't greeted by any staff, as they were busy talking between themselves .I went over and asked if I could have some help, as this was our first time inthe shop, one assistant reluctantly came over to help, although her enthusiasm said it all,, after she filled the bear, she then pointed at the accessories,, she never mentioned printing a birth certificate for the bear.Extremely disappointed...I could of just went into any toy shop to buy a bear half the price ...I know now for the next time.. definitely won't be going back.

The staff are great. The Birthday Build A Bear experience is great, your children will feel extra special, a birthday sticker, hat and they get to ring the shop bell ! Lovely named Certificate for your bear too! All for the price of their birthday age.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Staff were amazing, the process was amazing, but the constant sales tactics trying at every opportunity for you to add this or add that were completely unbearable! We would have walked out half way through had our children not been so unaware and happy about building their teddies. We honestly can not think of another company that pushes for you to buy extra things more than these. We will sadly never go back because of it.
