Highly recommended. After two years I can still give five stars for professional service and quality backed up with their ten year warranty. I had a very small problem with one window handle which was replaced under warranty by an excellent fitter. He also checked and adjusted all my windows when on site. A very happy customer well done and thank you again.This is what I call good old fashioned customer service at it's best. From the initial survey to completion it's been a pleasure. Having completed the windows installation on my barn conversion I have no complaints, in fact I've already recommended Centraframe to others. The installation team were friendly and professional. Everything was left clean and tidy, they are a credit to the company. I can only highly reccomend and would be very happy to use them again. Well done Centraframe and thank you.

When you need windows this is the only company to use .Good quality and the installers Mark and John go to extra efforts to make sure you are satisfied with the finished job .And minimum mess they clear up the place before leaving each day what more could you want !10 out of 10 guys thanks very much.will recommend you to any one looking for Windows in the future

Excellent service from Leighton and the team at Centaframe! Survey was spot on, installation was fantastic. Hats off to the fitters who completed 10 windows in sub zero temperatures just before Christmas! We now feel much warmer in our home with no more draught from the old windows and all windows look fantastic. Thanks to all at Centaframe!

Our fitters were brilliant, always turned up on time and worked solidly the whole time. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left and went out of their way to be helpful and professional. I had 19 windows replaced in and old 1860c house,mostly sash.the windows were good quality and very hard work to fit into irregular spaces. Very pleased with this company from start to finish. Before and after service has been excellent.

I had a replacement front door just over two years ago which I've been extremely pleased with. On Saturday our lock failed so I called Centaframe and left a message. They called me back at 8.15am Monday morning and sorted the problem, which proved to be a loose screw, the same day. Brilliant service throughout.

We have just had our entire house and doors replaced. We did get quotes from several other companies, one of which was slightly cheaper than centaframe, however, customer service was paramount to me so I decided to go with centaframe and I’m SO pleased that I did. From start to finish they have been great. Brian came to visit us twice to go through options. Layton kept us up to date with install dates along the process too. The installers Mark and Roy were WONDERFUL. Clean, tidy, courteous and meticulous. We had a manufacturing problem with one of the doors, no problem, no quibble, changed straight away. A scratch on one of the glass panes which to be fair I hadn’t noticed but Brian insisted it was changed so it was. The two installers that revisited to fit the new door were also WONDERFUL ( apologies gents I can’t remember your names ) They’re product and customer service to date is second to none and I would have no qualms what so ever recommending them. Seriously everyone thinking of using them, stay local, support local because you KNOW that they care about you and more importantly their customer service reflects on their passion their company and product. Thank you so much Centaframe the windows and doors have made a MASSIVE difference to the warmth in our 300 year old cottage. I shall be recommending you in the future.

You can only really judge a company when something goes wrong and these guys were 5 star!One of our window sashes was damaged and Johnny had a replacement ordered before he even told us. This was sorted in a timely manner. Unfortunalty we did have another issue and one of the glazing units shattered in the first week, again this was sorted really quickly. Excellent company.
