Looking for a new mattress, went to Nimbus Cupar to see their selection. Des showed us various mattresses to try out by ourselves. A very knowledgeable and pleasant man to deal with. Ordered one we liked, delivered on time and delivery men were superb. Mattress is fantastic, so if you are looking for beds, furniture etc. Shop locally 5*

Was looking for a new bed and mattress decided to have a look in nimbus beds in Thornton fife,I was welcomed by the sales man called Ross who was very helpful and explained everything about the mattress and I told him I wanted a ottoman bed he showed me everything I wanted, I then said I need a new headboard so I was delighted with the one I got, would definitely recommend ross as top sales man. I went back the next day and was greeted by George I purchased two otty bamboo pillows which are beautiful

I tried to order the Nordea Ladder Bookshelf online but wanted to speak to someone in customer support, George answered very quickly and was incredibly helpful and processed my order with him on the phone within minutes. He even followed up with emails. The delivery arrived in less time than the estimate given, and the bookshelf is sturdy, well built and looks great. I would definitely recommend using Nimbus Beds.

I had been looking for a new bed for a while and after looking in the big brand stores with equally big prices and checking some internet suppliers some of whom were decidedly dodgy I phoned Nimbus. Nimbus are local to me and from the first point of contact I received excellent customer service from Colin. I went along one Saturday morning and bought what I wanted with no drama. The showroom is good with a large range of mattresses to try and I felt no pressure to buy. Skip forward a couple of weeks, Colin called to say my bed had arrived and agreed to hold onto it until I had my new carpet fitted. I had my bed and mattress delivered on a Saturday morning as arranged with no hassle. Colin called a few days later to see how I was getting on with it. It is very nice by the way, exactly as I had ordered and expected. I would not hesitate to buy another bed from Nimbus and I would recommend them to anyone looking for first class customer service and reasonable prices.

Good service in shop and the various types of mattress explained, bought a matress and was telephoned when it arrived. It was delivered the same day and old one taken away will teĺl friends about the service I received. The mattress itself is good quality and reasonably priced to other bed suppliers will definitely deal again.

Only heard about Nimbus Beds by chance but I’m glad I found them. After many poor nights sleep I visited their showroom (easy to find and plenty of parking) and tried numerous mattresses before choosing the one I thought suited me best. Mattress delivered, old one taken away. Have had more decent nights sleep since delivery than for years. There’s plenty of choice and the service is very efficient and friendly.

Was delighted with the quality of the beds I received. Loads of choice with flexible options., bespoke and ready in 2 weeks from order date. Great value.
