This review is true based on my own experience. I've recently moved from the south to barrow in Furness and have been using timpson for many years and this branch has been the best so far. Craig Gunson is a polite and helpful individual and I've found him always to be very professional in his work which is a great achievement for himself and his customers. I want to say thank you to Craig for all his service and being helpful and doing his best always.My parents who are local in Barrow would like to give there appreciation for being a helpful individual. Well …. I left an expensive pair of boots with a fancy broken stud with no way for it to be fixed. Expected the three corresponding ones, two in one boot and the one on the boot that had the broken one, to be removed and eyelets put in to replace them but no - the guy in there is a genius. He has fixed the broken stud and put it back in. I’m over the moon. Thank you so much for the fantastic service. I always go here and can’t recommend him highly enough. Always happy and polite too!!

Craig was excellent, efficient and friendly and I had my key cut and it was perfectly fine. Never had any issues with its processing of keys.
