Visited on 11th of Jan 2023 @18.30 for ear piercing for my daughter. I had a very bad experience from the girl there. showing irritated face. And without piercing we went back. I will never recommend madowhall branch to anyone

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Took my daughter for her ears pierced said she had to be 10 years old to have them done yet can book from 4 months online when looked. Rang another store to query this and said they've never heard owt like this so she obviously couldn't be bothered. Think some of staff need some refresher courses or sumet.

Friendly staff, engaging and made sure I was aware of all the offers available when I was in store. Good stock levels as well, all the shelves were full, plenty of different options on offer too

I felt that I had to write something very positive about this amazing store. I am the administrator of a facebook page with 24000 likes for crossdressers. Crossdressers are men who like to dress as women. Believe it or not the majority are very straight men. Most of them are far too embarrassed to go into a shop and buy any girly item. They end up buying online or going to specialist shops and end up paying ten times the going rate. It's common for them to pay £30 for a pair of tights a woman can get in a chemist for £2.I know I am married to one!Today I sent the chief executive of our company to the Meadowhall branch of the company to check them out. The staff were not judgmental in any way sense or form- they were incredibly helpful.At first our CEO asked one assistant for the price of some items half expecting her to laugh at him buying girly jewellery. This lady just told of the price. Our CEO joked that he hadn't looked on the back of the item.On paying our CEO was again expecting to be laughed at or judged by the assistant behind the counter. Nothing could be further from the truth. She was incredibly helpful- taking his email address as well.Our facebook page for crossdressers has some 24000 likes which rises by some 50-100 per week and a great review has been put there as well.So my advice is to anyone from the LGBTQ community is that if you do want to buy some girly jewellery this should be your first port of call it's the ultimate girly shop.

Don't go here they did my little sister Cartilage piercing with a GUN! That is wrong it should have been done with a needle. So now if she has it done again it will shatter the cartilage. The picture attached is the ear ring they put in my sister ear and now cut her ear open. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Went to get my ears pierced it's was 53 pound not spending that much can't believe it hate it

Visited before Christmas with my little girl for her ears pierced. Sadly on completion my little one threw up. The staff were absolutely fabulous and really supportive and helpful. We tried to feedback this via email on the website but kept getting a bounce back. To try and give a wow to the girl who looked after us.

I bought a phone case that clearly said was for iphone 13's but when i bought it and tried it on infront of the store to make sure it fitted, i found that the camera holes were way too big. So i went back to ask for a refund and the staff made me wait 20 mins to actually meet a staff bearing in mind that there were barely any customers, and when I finally got to meet the manager she gave me £4.00 worth of all 10ps. They wouldnt even fit in my purse. Hope they sort things out. Plus the staff could do with being a bit friendlier x

Just seen a video of a poor child being held against the floor crying her eyes out whilst being forced to have her ears pierced.Shame on the mother for her actions and not calling it off but absolutely astonished at the actions of the staff for getting involved and facilitating this to happen. The staff should have had the self awareness to cancel the procedure.Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Shame on you clares
