Ordered from here plenty of times, usually 6 people and all enjoyed their meals. The app is simple to order from and you get a little discount to offset delivery charge, never collected. I've always been pleased with the meal and the leftovers the next day.

Had a lovely takeaway from Noodle Hut last night. It was on time and the food was great. My only complaint is that my stomach couldn’t fit it all in.

ordered takeaway from here a few times now and every time it’s been amazing! we order on just eat and the delivery time is so quick and they’re very friendly too. definitely my new favourite chinese takeaway in worcester!

Ordered this evening. Unfortunately the salt and pepper chilli chicken was just salty, didn't have the usual flavour of other places and not much veg. The chow mein was just really salty with a small dollop of the chilli sauce on the top. The duck in Peking sauce, the Peking sauce was like water, a brown water. They also sent boiled plain rice instead of egg fried. They might also be the only Chinese takeaway that doesn't send complimentary prawn crackers. Very disappointing. Sorry.

Order was due for delivery at 10 .30pm, our order never arrived, on telephone call to takeaway at 11pm, they said our order was cancelled because the driver could not find us, and had apparently phoned us. No telephone call was every received and we were home since 9pm, really poor service and still waiting for a full refund with not apology.

Ordered from here before a few times but took an hour and a half for delivery today and then the food was very poor. Mushrooms in curry tasted like they were cooked in bleach. Then duck was very soggy in oily watery peaking sauce with too many vegetages. Won't be ordered from here again.

The food is usually good. Last night's delivery was disappointing. The driver observed no social distancing rules and as I opened the door he was right there on the doorstep holding out our order. Previous deliveries HAVE followed distancing guidelines. Last night was enough to make me reconsider using Noodle hut during lockdown.

Usually prompt and correct but this evening almost an hour late with both the rice and chips missing from curry dishes. When I called they were too busy to deliver the missing items so currently cooking rice and rest to microwave now cold curry.

Managed to ruin our family meal by missing some of the main meals. Called but told they couldn’t tell me when it would be sent because they were so busy. Had to make something for the kids in the end because their meal was missing. Offered a refund for the one dish even though they’d managed to ruin our whole meal. Still waiting for the refund!!
