Sunday lunch at Fridays, we dropped in, it was busy but we were shown to a table with no issues.The staff were really friendly, smiles and good atmosphere, Ellie looked after uscand she was fab!The food was quick and tasty. The coffee came with a Lotus Biscoff cream as well!!A great experience but we were in a central table which was a bit of a corridor experience.

I like the atmosphere there and the service girls were so nice and helpful.Unfortunately the food wasn't that nice. An over fried burger with very sweet sauce, Sesame chicken also disappointing. Not enjoying at all.Better to come there for cocktails only or they need to find another chef! We paid £65 for a 2 + kid's meal. I think for this money you can find a better dinner in Lincoln centre.

The chicken in sesame marinade was just amazig!!! The garlic prawn was not bad at all. The rest of food was okay nothing specials. Crumble apple pie was not crispy enough. Service was good.

We were a stag of 11 people, the staff made great effort to look after us and the manager helped us resolve an issue we had. The manager who was working on 30/09/2023 at 3pm took great care of us and we really appreciate everything. We had the bottomless brunch which was great everyone enjoyed it, the food was fantastic and the cocktails kept flowering. Thank you so much.

We walked-in on Tuesday evening, 06/12/23We were immediately welcomed in and seated. The staff were very prompt with service.We ordered wall to wall chicken, the sesame chicken strips and the boneless hot chicken wings were absolutely amazing it came with a great serving of three different sauces.We had brownie obsession for dessert which was equally amazing.Great food, spot on service overall 5/5.Thank you for making our evening a memorable one.

We were excited to go here for my child's birthday as we'd heard good things. Very disappointed to start with when they initially had no children's pack which the app had said we'd get. Our table was in the middle and we kept getting knocked into and chairs kicked despite being as close to the table as possible. Then the meal my child had been excited about having we were told they didn't have, 'a cheeseburger'! I can't eat heavily processed food (so none of the vegan) or lots of meat. So the menu was extremely limiting.Our waitress was lovely and could see we were disappointed. She managed to find a Christmas child's pack. After our request she managed to move us. The head chief managed to find a cheeseburger and the Manager said they was another menu I could look at.Using the App meant we got a free dessert (saving us £10)! Our child's meal was FREE and included a piece of Birthday cake. So the night started badly but finished well. I can't say though we'd be in a rush to go back!

Can’t fault the staff. Very friendly and professional. It was a nice looking environment that looked like a traditional American background. The food however; was unfortunately disappointing. For the high prices, I expected the food to be of a much higher quality. The food tasted about the same as what you’d expect from a cheap restaurant, but masked with lots of sauces. Unfortunately, I won’t come again. Like I said though, the staff were lovely.

We visited on Friday evening and only had 45 minutes before being due at the theatre. The staff were brilliant in ensuring we chose food that would be ready in time. The burgers were delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and we never felt rushed. Great service.

Went this evening, despite being practically empty at 5:45 and during half term (V surprising), service was very slow - waited between 20-30mins for someone to take our orders (incl. Drinks)... food did come quickish after order, however. The food itself was very expensive for the quality. Potato skins were flavourless and were lukewarm and overcooked. Corndogs were dry and cold. Nachos had almost zero cheese/ salsa/ guac and were cold, and just frankly, I think they were the worst I've ever had. The only parts that were good were their mozzarella dippers (just above supermarket quality but by no means the best... mcdonald's are better) and their vegan sesame strips (although they did leave an odd taste in the mouth after). While the staff themselves seemed nice, there was limited communication - didn't tell us they didn't have the white chocolate cream for their milkshakes until after I asked where it was. They were hard to get the attention of and we had been seated against a brick wall with limited space for our plates/ bowls on our table and hidden away - again making it hard to ask for anything etc. Floor and menus were sticky in the main seating area. Toilet was blocked and floor was gross in the bathroom. Will not be returning and do not recommend. I'm glad that we had a discount code with us as it was not worth the money it would've been let alone the price we paid.
