The worse people I have ever dealt with in my life ! £25 order and recieved an order that didn’t even come to £6 rang up and because they was about to shut ofcourse someone answered the phone saying nothing we can do but send the food tommorow and took my name which was fair enough , I’ve been ringing for four days trying to get my refund or my meal that I paid for , letting the phone ring out for hours on repeat !!! Yes hours an I’m just totally ignored absolutely disgusting , I run a buisness my self and if I owed all my customers £25 I couldn’t just ignore the phone and get on with my life , just another big scum food chain the female who answered the phone at bold street needs a wording because all she done was tell me what I want to hear to get me of the phone , gang of tramps

Told to leave as it was 'take away', despite some chairs available to sit on. Tacos stone cold, meat luke warm, little filling, the staff member told me 'they are like that at the top', wanted to prove to me the meat was hot enough with a temperature probe. Rude and cocky. Walked out. Customer service was terrible.

This was the first time I've actually had taco bell tacos but I couldn't get over how good they are! I got the 2 taco supreme, it was dead in there so it was done pretty much immediately too. Chips are great, I was a bit disappointed with the portion size - until I realised it was really cheap compared to other fast food so it worked out fine for the price. My partner got the cruchwrap which she said was great, and we got the cinnamon things (no idea what they were lol) and they were godly.The chairs are a bit dirty/rusty but the tables were clean enough. The staff were friendly and helpful, we didn't have a clue what anything was so we had a few questions that they were happy to answer.

Happily surprised to find Taco Bell in Europe. Most of the food is cheap muck that's only tasty at 3am after a messy night but the Naked Chicken (pictured) was excellent, even while sober!

Ordered around £45 worth of food (£50 including delivery) and received 2 tacos and 2 drinks. Told the delivery driver this wasn't right and he pointed at the receipt on the order and said it had my name on it. The receipt had my full order on it, but the driver appeared to have either given part of my order away to someone else, or eaten it himself. Reported this to Taco Bell straight away and have not heard a response from them. £50 down the drain - if I could give this 0 stars I would.

Disgrace of a restaurant, had a delivery driver do me out of 25pound by stealing my food and saying it was delivered on app, then wouldn't even have the manners to answer the phone. Anyways hotel manager says I had a lucky escape , apparently she says this rathole gives you food poisoning anyway

Visited the Liverpool bold street branch at 8:10 on a Tuesday - swiftly ordered only to incur some of the worst customer service of my life;1. Attempted to fill up drink - only the lemonade option was available, staff seemed aware of this yet hadn't mentioned at the point of order.2. Sat down whilst waiting for order, for the staff to come and take chairs, when I told them we still needed said chairs they continued to clear them away whilst stating they were closed for dine in. Again they had failed to mention this at point of order.3. Staff hovered as we are our food and the second I was stood up began sweeping the floor, practically under my feet, and pushing the table in, despite my personal belonging still being on said table.Unsure why the staff were so untrained in regards to basic customer service and unsure why a fast food chain would be closed for dine in just after 8pm, despite the branch being open until 10pm.Unfortunately won't be returning due to much better service being so closely available.PS the place was covered in taco crumbs, to the point I cleaned the table myself before sitting down, so I can only assume they only clean up in an attempt to get customers out!

Order via just eat. Ordered 2 naked chicken meals but only was given one portion of chips. Asked for Pepsi and Pepsi max but was given Diet Pepsi. Ordered a beefy nacho burrito but there was no nachos in sight. Clearly someone can’t read. It’s not that hard to get an order right.

Short but sweet menu with plenty of options for all tastesServed by a friendly staff but only bad things he didn't ask where we were sitting in (so first l guessed be brought to the table) or explain the drink machine/refillsGood portion sizes full of flavour
