Quasar Harlow

I held a party for my son's 8th birthday yesterday late afternoon (Sept 1st) for 7 boisterous boys and it was the easiest, fun birthday celebration thanks to the lovely team at Quasar! Nothing was too much trouble, from squash refills to timing for their dinners, it was such a refreshing change to feel like valued guests. The boys were guided and supported during their 3 games by a host and we were able to sit in our assigned party area and wait for them to emerge for a drink refresh.The value of this place is amazing and the team recognise that as a parent, you want your child to have a fun time and be made to feel special without breaking the bank. You pay per child as opposed to being forced into any 'party packages' and you can choose to add food but you don't have to. Their set-up works perfectly and I highly recommend it, thank you to you all!

Birthday party for 10 years old. The children have had a great time. It was very busy but the staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. The aim was to have laser tag from children point of view 10 out of 10.it was quite warm outside but inside quite pleasant. I am very hard to please with café and this is one of the best. I will be happily return. 4 star rather than 5 due to how busy it was as adult. I will have preferred less people around but again children loved it.

Friendly staff, great little place for parties. Son enjoyed it here.Stairs at entrance so not entirely assessable that I noticed, however friendly staff offered yo help me up with my pram. Great place

Had a great time here with son and his friends for his bday, staff are all so friendly and helpful and lots to do for a few hours all under one roof, we did the laser Gun fight and glo in the dark crazy golf which they all loved. Has a bar for the adults and food/drink also.

This was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had in laser tag, we was running abit late and due to use running late they gave us no break we had 2 games back to back. Before any of the game started we have mentioned that one of our players have asthma and they have said to us because we arrive late. We cannot have any break. The guns were faulty and we couldn’t play the game properly and the girl that was supervising us has told us she is not a engineer so she cannot open the gun to fix it which I found very rude, they have told us no one can come upstairs so we left all our belongings in the corridor where there was a few benches. We had our personal stuff in there. Our phones wallets watches so they have told us it is safe when we left the game, we saw nearly 20 people in there next to our stuff and there coats was on top of our coats. All our personal belongings were there, which could’ve been missing. I found this really bad because they have gave us wrong information. If we knew that other people can go. In that corridor we would of take our personal belongings with us. Overall, I am really dissatisfied with this place. I will never visit it again. I have mentioned it to the manager that I am not happy with the service and she seemed careless, I wanted to share this, and this review is genuine, which happened today . 13/04/2023.

1st visited a year ago for a Gamers party, returned Saturday 4th Feb for a Quasar party and have since returned twice already because the kids loved the Quasar so much! Planning a return visit very soon to try out the Crazy Glo Golf! party food was good, cafe has a good selection & reasonably priced. Found Staff to be friendly and very helpful on all occasions. Areas are tidied & cleaned promptly after use. Highly Recommend

I could not rate any higher. Fantastic price, wonderful and friendly staff. The food was excellent and the kids all had the most amazing time. It was my sons 8th birthday party, his smile says it all :)
