Asda Pentwyn Superstore

Sally on Customer Service desk is unhelpful and very rude. Was sent over to Customer Services today from The Post Office to help me print a label. Sally had a disgusting attitude and shrugged her shoulders and replied don't know why they sent you over here

Very busy store easy to park, some nice bargains to.

I want to say how disgusted I was at asda petrol station today and didn't know asda employed people like this. I wanted to pay by card so I went to the card payment pump. There was one car infront waiting and then the furthest pump became free so he drove to that one. Then the pump where I was waiting became free. Then an asda delivery driver who was parked on the other side of the pump which was for paying at the kiosk came over and started to put his card in and took the hose around the other side of the pump and started to fill up. In other words he jumped the queue. Meanwhile the furthest pump became free again so I went there. He went to the kiosk to and I went to start to drive off and he shoutedput your seatbelt on you stupid cow". I put the car in reverse and asked him what he said and he replied saying he was talking to his mate!!!. I told him he wasn't a very good advert for asda and as I drove off with my seatbelt on he stuck his 2 fingers up at me and started shouting. I just drove off but I was absolutely fuming and certainly didn't expect that from an asda employee when he was in the wrong. So the delivery driver with the hole in his earlobe with a black ring in it I hope you get reprimanded. A very annoyed customer who has shopped here for years."

This store does not even deserve one star, used scan and go and had to do a quality check, had to wait 20 minutes for a machine and an incompetent member of staff to destroy some of my shopping and say I tried stealing a pack of bacon as I only scanned one, another member of staff then found two packs of bacon. Imagine being called a thief and the whole time you scanned the bacon . Complained to lady manager which was pointless and waste of time when I informed her next time I will film as allow Asda is private it’s open to general public so I’m allowed to record she tried telling me different even though I have a law degree I suggest asda spend money on training staff. I also suggest you’re staff don’t cause customers of stealing unless they have evidence

Wow.The cafe - What bad food. Breakfast was decent minus the paper plates. But his burger had stale bread and the chips were more like crisps! It was laughable tbh.Petrol station - the one guy wanders around rather than staying in the booth and I despise the fact that there’s only two pay at point machines. Needs upgrading.Store - always been lovely to shop in and staff are friendly and very helpful.

I did some shopping today and I have to say plenty of spaces for cars and very nice and friendly staff. I was served at the till by Colin, he was very nice and professional very polite. All in all I had a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back or to recommend it to anyone.

The store layout makes no sense and you won’t be able to find what you’re looking for with intuition. Ended up only buying a couple of items before leaving for Tesco.Then was forced to use rubbish self checkouts (all the staffed ones were closed). Took 5 minutes to buy 3 items. First had to wait 2 mins for them to check my own bag was indeed my own bag.Then had to wait 3 mins after it didn’t take any of the multi buy offers off and they had to run round the store checking all the tags then manually discount the products for me.Bless the staff though they are trying their best, but if you want a good shopping experience go elsewhere.

Currently standing in line for a checkout wit 10 people in front of me waiting patiently to be served yet there are 4 unmanned tillsThe self checkout tills are rammed

My partner and I sat down in the cafe after shopping. I had a tea and he had a coke. As I went up to refill the coke I was told I can’t refill my cup by a very abrupt man. Why are the pumps next to the water etc then and not behind the counter, Bizarre. As I run a cafe myself if I was to put the drinks pumps on the cafa floor my customers would refill there drinks I think . That is what refillable drinks do in places don’t they, Duuuur. Anyway what a very rude man and some advice , turn the music down .

This store is local for my shopping. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Andrew and Damien helped me with a heavy box of furniture to my car. Good advertising for all products and a vast range of items.
