Great service today (17/05/21) 6pm.The flat white coffee was good and the chicken sandwich was average, but okay for 99p on the app.The app is slow to work here. I had to reload, use MacDonald's WiFi, do again, change bank card, more buffering. The time it took to place the order was equivalent to 10 cash transaction sales.This needs to be sorted otherwise folk won't bother with the app

Ordered a breakfast roll meal with no ketchup or brown sauce. One latte and one hot chocolate. Received one hot chocolate, one latte and a bacon roll with ketchup. I did not know about the roll untill I was about 3 miles up the A46. Can you please tell me. What breed of monkey are you actually employing there?

The food is alright, the chips are always over or under salted and sometimes they forget to give you things so always check. Inside is moderately fine, sometimes the floor is a bit dirty but, eh. Altogether not too bad considering it's a McDonald's

Can't give 0 stars or I would of. Doors on entry not working as they should be buttons not working. Inside restaurant it seemed cold with no heating Long queues waiting to be served when we finally got food we had to return an item as it was cold and we wernt the only customers doing so .when we finally sat down to eat we found seating areas with dirty tables and food on floor so we are not happy with visit and shall not return there again and if u ever think of goin to this particular McDonald's I'd strongly advise you to not to as its very disappointing.

Tills didn’t work , kept deleting my order , spent 5 mins trying to get everything ordered on a faulty till. Waited 15mins for food to be served even though I was the only person inside (it was about 11:30pm). Got home and my burger was missing but been charged for it! Cannot claim money back as checked out as a guest on the till - infuriating

Excellent breakfast and friendly service. Fairly quiet around 09:30 on a Tuesday nightFood arrived 4 minutes after ordering via app. The lady who brought my food to the table smiled and said good morning and even offferd to fetch some napkins.Food delicious and served piping hot. Will definitely return for breakfast soon.

Why the order screens only allow for take outs is ridiculous, resulting in long queues at the counter and the same again if requiring a dessert later. The mens toilets have a urine soaked floor under the urinals indicating no cleaning of late.If needing milk for drinks it has to be requested behind the counter, other mcdonalds has this by the condiment area making things a lot easierThings need sorting

Every time I go through drive thru they always seem to get the order wrong, ordered a Mcspicy and got a Mc chicken sandwich in a Mc spicy box, ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single and the chips are 9 times out of 10 cold and undercooked. I mean come on put the right food in the right boxes.. basic
