I am glad that you have asked for feedback.I cannot thank your team enough. They have always been approachable and professional from day one of me and my puppy coming to your practice. I have two dogs, one who is registered with yourselves and one somewhere else and your practice far exceeds the other one. In fact I am thinking of bringing my second dog across too. Even though the practice is a little bit further from our home we would rather make the journey for the better more caring practice. Keep up the great work. Special mention to Amy who we have seen on a few occasions, she has been so caring and able to listen and give guidance where needed. I really do wish all practices were as excellent as this one. Very professional and friendly service. I had Ruby spayed. Everything went well with no problems. Staff were really caring. Would certainly recommend.

Recently took my Joey back to Dinas vets recently, the girl that saw to him is the same vet we always have and Joey is always delighted to see her when we visit for his check ups! The staff were also really kind as my dog is quite reactive to people coming through doors and didn't complain once although my dog was being a bit naughty in the waiting room! Always really caring and answer any questions I have.

So took my dog as he had a bad ear. I was charged 30 pounds for an ear smear as the vet said she doubt he would let her look in his ear. After doing the ear smear, she duly looked into his ear anyway as she said he was OK with the swab. My question is, why not just look in the first place as I have now been charged 30 pounds for an unnecessary procedure. I was also charged 40.58 for 15ml of surolan. I can purchase this over the counter for 16.39. Exact same make. Equally the otodine I was charged 26.85 for. Again can purchase online for 14.75. So massively been overcharged and will never return and will not be recommending to anyone!

Friendly staff, efficient service and the Vet who looked after my cat was very gentle and caring. As a new customer I was desperate for a local Vet to check over my poorly cat, one call and they booked me an appointment right away.Would highly recommend!

Friendly practice, great vets. My cat gets better healthcare than I do!
