Very happy with Broadway. Visited with a common, fairly minor issue. Was booked in within a week (despite them clearly being busy), they had the parts available to do the repair that day, and picked it up the same night. Lovely people, efficient service and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in future.

Came for a diagnostics check and they told me the car is fine (even with a banging sound coming from the engine).The next day I went to a garage in Derby and they said the ignition is failing resulting in misfires. They were right with a faulty spark plug.If I took broadway auto garages word then it could have caused other damage to my car.

Having been recommended Broadway Garage after a bad experience elsewhere I’ll never use a different garage again. Paul & Sam organised everything for me, kept me well informed and replaced the starter motor on my car. The previous garage had told me gear box! The repairs were done efficiently and I felt totally at ease (being a newly single woman) taking my car here! Thanks Broadway Garage for the friendly service, sorting out my car and restoring my faith in my abilities to sort these things out myself. Would thoroughly recommend this garage to anyone.

I had a clanging noise with my suspension develop over the weekend and on the Monday morning I couldn't find anywhere that would even take a quick look at it for until the next week. These guys fitted me in immediately and found a stone had managed to wedge itself in there. A simple fix but an excellent service. Many thanks!

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Rang this afternoon and the fit my car in straight away. Fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use again and would recommend highly.

Phoned up with my engine bracket being snapped they said they can diagnose it and have a look but are fully booked for 2 weeks. Dropped it off at 9am come 1am they said it was fixed and ready to go. Really nice company and fair pricing even cleaned the car and put air freshener in it.

Paul and the rest of the team are great. My car suffered engine damage when the timing belt snapped 6 days before it was booked in. Got someone he knew to do the rebuild, sorted the clutch, rear suspension and rear diff. Car finally all back up and running and they have been brilliant the whole time. Much better than Ford that charged £1000 to achieve nothing, then quoted 8k for a new engine.
