I had an issue with my Broadband connection, due to a local exchange problem, beyond the control of Evolving Networks. Jo at Evolving kept me constantly up to date of the situation and kept me informed right up to the issue being fixed. Well Done Jo, this is customer service at its best.

As an IT consultant, I've been using Evolving Networks to provide broadband services to one of my clients based in the middle of nowhere, who had been struggling getting any sort of decent connection. Evolving Networks bonded 3 ADSL lines to give a connection that was finally usable. We've now been able to up that to 2 bonded FTTP lines, and clients are very happy. EN always give and excellent service, and are always happy to discuss systems and requirements. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended to any business seeking reliable, high-performance hassle-free broadband. We moved from BT to Evolving almost 5 years ago when we required a bonded line and haven't had a single problem since. We have been delighted with the performance and support has been second to none. They are very proactive and have helped recommend and advise of further improvements on a number of occasions. The small premium you pay versus other providers is certainly worth it.

Amazing service throughout. We temporarily moved premises and had nothing but trouble with our well known provider which requested ££££ to provide the service Evolving Networks did for a fraction of the price. No real issues for over a year, only a couple sorted on the spot remotely! It was great working with you. Many thanks from all of us!

We have been with Evolving Networks for around 2 years and have never been let down by their service, from our Account Manager to the technical support team. They are always happy to help and are incredibly helpful.The service itself is also very good, we are pretty much as far out in the sticks as you can get but with three bonded ADSL lines we where able to get enough up and down to run a business of 50 people. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to get reliable, fast internet and you to are in the middle of nowhere!

We received an excellent service from Evolving Networks while we were working with them. However when we came to terminate our contract it was a different matter. Even though we emailed confirming in writing that we wanted to terminate our contract 7 months in advance of the termination date, because we didn't fill in the termination form on time (although we weren't at any point told that termination wouldn't commence until the form was received back) we are having to pay for an additional 3 months service which we don't require - as a goodwill gesture Evolving Networks did reduce this from the additional 1 years service which they were insisting we pay for initially. In summary, good service but be very careful when you try and leave the Contract.

After reading other reviews and discovering their experiences were similar to ours, I realised that giving them 2 stars was too generous. First, the good. We had a bonded ADSL installed due to frequent dropouts. It worked well in that we didn't have any more dropouts, although it was very slow and very expensive. Overall value is terrible. Company has a draconian cancellation policy, even after any minimum term. The worst is that they terminated our internet access a full day early without any warning!! It left us in a terrible situation. We definitely would not recommend this company. Beware, they work with several IT service providers who might recommend them. Don't follow these recommendations.

We took a two line bonded service from this company. We found that the service performance was at times barely better than what our separate single line was producing, and was on occasions so poor as to be unusable. We found the staff condescending, and we feel that they hide behind what the company describes as its unique service provision. They would not accept any end user conducted performance diagnostics or isolation testing. We switched over to our separate single line and stopped using the bonded service part way into the contract because the performance was so poor and unpredictable. We saw out the contract, because that’s what we had signed up for. But here’s the rub. When you try to leave after your contract has expired, they have a clause in the contract which ties you in to giving two clear quarters notice. So if you give notice a few days into the first quarter after your contract runs out, you have to pay for that quarter and two more quarter – almost nine months notice, which is wholly unreasonable. It certainly, in our opinion, goes against the spirit and intention of the Ofcom decision to prohibit Automatically Renewable Contracts. When we challenged them about the notice period, they quickly issued proceedings against us. So if you’re intending to take a contract with Evolving Networks, be aware of these conditions and the ferocity with which they are applied.

Part of our business in delivering IT solutions is ensuring that our clients have fit-for-purpose, reliable and stable internet connectivity that performs to our clients satisfaction. I am pleased to say that Evolving Networks have consistently delivered these services in a very professional and cost effective manner. Transition has always been problem free and well communicated and their support function is very responsive on the very few occasions we have had to contact them. Our experience of working with Evolving Networks - very good services and very good company to deal with.

Top marks for Evolving networks after nearly 3 years with negligible service interruptions, a top service combined with an experienced courteous team who are ready to respond. When approaching our contract end date Evolving Networks Limited were able to provide competitive prices for a leased line upgrade, which was installed in approximately 30 days. What more can you say. May the great service continue!
