The Bull and Last
We had a Sunday roast at this pub and it was amazing. The food was delicious, the service and staff were great and the atmosphere was lovely. The aubergine parmigiana wellington was one of the nicest veggie roast options I’ve ever had. My boyfriend had the beef and really enjoyed it. The sauce on the cauliflower cheese was really thick and cheesy. Delicious all round. I’d definitely come back again!

Excellent service. Hugely overpriced average pub grub. Lovely atmosphere but £100 for a pint, 3 glasses of 175 and most importantly two very average mains, albeit in a nice setting. Well served, but not imaginative. All food should be 20% less or 30% better.Very good head waiter.

The staff were very accommodating and even let us check in early as we had a festival during the day which we explained to them before travelling to London. The people who work there are lovely and helpful, when we asked for suggestions where to go to eat and the best way to get back to King’s Cross they explained to us in detail where to find the best places and the easiest way back. As well as the staff being so welcoming the room was beautiful, the bed was very comfy and having air con in the room was much appreciated. Also when we came back in the evening two cookies had been left for us. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here, we didn’t have time to eat in the pub but we will definitely be returning to try the food and another guaranteed good night sleep and be looked after by really kind and friendly staff.

The Bull and Last
Good food, if expensive, though was very obviously encouraged out of the establishment by a manager for no reason (other than I guess we were wearing running clothes and sat next to a Christmas party she hoped to get tips from?). She suddenly remembered a booking which must go on our exact table in 10 minutes time (at 8:40) and was very happy to have us leave. Very disappointing hospitality.

Had a Christmas lunch here as part of a large party of 18. We were in a beautifully decorated room upstairs and the catering was brilliant from start to finish. Very tasty food. Excellent consideration of dietary needs. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Highly recommend.

The Bull and Last
We spent three lovely nights at Bull and Last recently. The service from all of the staff was exceptional and they waited for us to arrive late on our first evening due to a delayed flight we had. The rooms are very well appointed and we appreciated the special touches including having music playing in the room when we arrived, fresh cookies, a well-stocked mini bar and in-house locally made toiletries. The location is fantastic with the heath right across the road. When we return to London we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you team!

The Bull and Last
The Bull and Last is a truly iconic London gastro pub, which has never failed to deliver (for me at least.) It is the perfectly cosy winter destination after a crisp afternoon walking the dog around the Heath and maybe spot a celeb. The food is always sublime, the parfait in particular was delicious with some smokey notes which really added depth to the silky smooth texture. Most importantly they gave me enough pickles and bread to actually enjoy each bite as I wanted, I think this is the first time this has ever happened to me! The picture of the fish and chips speaks for itself and I loved the sloe gin and almond sour. Also the management seem to have decided to not decided to double the prices of everything just because they could which will bring me back ASAP

The Bull and Last
Had a lovely stay here for a portion of my honeymoon. The Ellis room is very charming and classy, small but cozy. The staff were kind and welcoming. The food is fantastic, especially the ferrero rocher ice cream and the lamb ragu if you can get it. One of the best meals and best inn stays I've ever had!
