Brought a gas’s range off them unfortunately due to regs it could not be fitted the guy in the shop went above and beyond to find us a replacement and came up trumps totally recommend the shop excellent customer service and support thank you

I had high hopes for my oven purchase from Borsch(sounds like Bosch right), 40 years in business, the brand we were interested in was completely prriced - they've got to know what they're doing? Mistake. They offered me a brand new item, that then became a display model(but still wanted me to pay full price) that was then delivered with no feet, that then turned into a full refund(they intended a partial one) and then ended up chasing me to fix their errors...oh and they referred to me as Mr. Walters. Worse to come - oven hobs fire up when they want to and oven takes 2.5 to cook a baked potato....I prefer mash anyhow.Whilst some adjustments were made for my experience(frankly not enough), if I could wind back the clock I would shop elsewhere and unless you have stomach for loss of time and stress...I'd shop elsewhere or buy a big air fryer...probably from Amazon.

Gave 2 star because there near meBut more expensive than other sellers I'm not mentioning names as unfairBut they say we will price matchBut in my eyes if I found better price elsewhere I'm not going back I'll order from the best priced retailerWas looking for 100 range cooker but they had all 900 but they could get me 100 but I went there to look at a 100 as there is a differentAnd when given priceI thought I'd wait for better price on Internet or sale priceI dont like price match it should be we will beat that price to get people interested that's what I think anyway

I was in need of a new washing machine and dryer, my first port of call was the Borshch website to check appliances currently for sale and stock availability. Having compared prices against the major white goods retailers, Borshch were considering cheaper…. albeit graded/marked products.Later that afternoon we popped to the Dudley branch to look at stock, and was helped by friendly Tony who was happy to assist along with Matt who provided some stats and technical comparisons between models.We made the purchase for a washer and separate dryer and wanted to take them with us (as we had a van). Before you know it both appliances were wrapped up well and on a sack truck ready to go… both Matt and Tony insisted and put both appliances in the van for us with no quibble.A fantastic shopping experience, and so refreshing to go into a shop and actually walk out with a product, compared to other retailers where everything is processed online and has to be delivered from a warehouse.Thanks again Tony and Matt! Will be recommending to friends and family, and will definitely be back the next time we need an appliance!!

The best customer service you could ask for . 10/10 .Try them for prices and you won't be disappointed.Great service great savings .I know it sounds like I work for them but I don't.Just want others to benefit from the real bargain prices .

Polite knowledgeable staff. The purchasing process was seamless and the delivery on time and efficient. Can't fault Borsch Electric Staff, well done !!
