Vets4Pets Norwich Longwater

When your pet is ill you take them to the vet, yet on more than one occasion I have been let down by this branch, when they tell you it's an emergency, on the phone, on arrival, at the rear of the practice, they make you wait over an hour until there see you is absolutely disgusting, resulting in a death of my animal. 1 minute after he had passed away only to keep asking you to pay the money that have already said no problem I will pay please can I have 5 mins crying, in this distressing time is in my opinion SHOCKING. Next time I visted asking them for a simply receipt, of what I had paid for asking me why do I want the receipt. About a week later received a letter stating that they will no longer provide care for my other pets that is over 14 years, I called to speak to the manager of the practice, I was told that we have no trust in them, I wasn't rude or aggressive, all I asked for was a simply receipt. I have been banned for life.

Receptionist rude regarding missing an appointment. We had a family emergency meaning we missed the appointment. We have never missed one before but rung as soon as we could to explain what was happening… to be told we should of rung the day before and cancelled as if we could see into the future about what was going to happen. Have paid the cancellation fee but really shocked at the service considering we have been a customer for 6 years.

Another great experience for us doggie is very scared and panicky dog and it break's my heart to see this but seriously the girls are fantastic with him and get the job done could not give them enough credit

My little RSPCA rescue had to go in to be spayed here three weeks ago. All the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful, but I can't thank Angela enough for the whole process and her help in the few days after Nelly's op when she was really poorly. Nelly has now totally recovered. Thank you.

Lovely staff reassured me as i was running late due to bus, moved my appointment and still saw me! So pleased as my cat had made the journey already.The vet was so friendly and attentive to me and my cat, explaining older age cat care and care packages.Really good team at Longwater vets

I can't thank you enough for how quickly you fitted us in late afternoon today (on a Friday) when we had an emergency with our cat. Thank you for being so understanding, calm and reassuring on the phone when I called. I am so grateful!

Excellent service needed to take one of our dogs whilst on holiday and fitted us In the same day.

We have rabbits and Vets4Pets are so good with them. I’m under the impression they have small animal specialists but even if they aren’t the vets are very clued up on them. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Nice local vets that is great for most of your pet's needs. The staff are friendly enough and the vets are very polite.

I recently had my dog admitted for care and treatment I strongly feel my dog was not looked after with a caring nature and found the vet in practice to be rude and up herself my dog was given pain relief medication afterwards I soon learned through a different vet service that vets4pets might aswell have given him sweets as the medication was a very weak dose for the high levels of pain my dog had experienced
