Harassing my receptionist at my workplace (dental practice!) pursuing a PRIVATE debt with a vet. This claim is subject to a legal dispute and a complaint with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.You are NOT allowed to call my workplace several times in pursuit of a non work related debt. Unbelievable nasty!

Absolutely horrendous service, the management is incredibly patronising. He behaves like a secondary school bully, lacks people skills and he is clearly In the wrong field of work. Payment went from 66.10 to 182 even though I paid 50 pounds. There's a reason why the reviews are so bad and the company has constantly been labelled as bullies.

Awful company abusive to the extreme after there first phone call where they took advantage of my partner who suffers with D.I.D i rang them to sort the problem and inform them of our situation and that I would be placing there account on a dmp but that we just needed some time and since then I have received daily phone calls emails and threats. They truly are lower than low scum of the earth rude evil disgusting company the best I can compare them to is bully's

Emailed the company offering a payment option till I got myself back into work the lady refused it and continued to add another 100 onto my balance, making it rise from £77 to £279. How can you treat people who are clearly struggling like this. It no wonder so many people have mental health issues with companies like yours going out of your way to make it more awkward for people yo pay it off. Disgusted

Not happy with the misleading and incorrect information given to this company about my situation. Due to the virus keeping us inside, I can't look into a payment they claim they didn't receive, they don't except debit or transfer payments only cash into their account which would of not pro.longed this situation that's upset my family. Wasn't spoken to nicely and had a very rude, sarcastic, obnoxious lady caller asking me for photos of proof, because I wouldn't have them if I didn't pay the bill. Fortunately for me, I had my receipts kept in a safe place and sent them proof. Now I have to chase it up myself which I can't do while in Lockdown, so unfortunately this situation is going to go on and is a nightmare for everyone involved. I'm sorry its not a great review, if the bank didn't mess things up, maybe this situation would of been better, and dealt with a year ago.

Horrendous company, the customer service team are patronising.Treats people who are struggling financially like criminals, I am now paying the company twice, via my personal details and via a dept management agency Money Plus due to feeling bullied.Response to response:The response underneath shows exactly how this company is run. The analogy is ridiculous.At the time when my pet was at the vets I was heavily pregnant in-fact I was due to give birth any day at that point.As explained multiple times since then my circumstances have changed.At the time I was with my ex partner who was brining in the vast majority of the households finances. This meant that AT THE TIME he would have been the person who settle bills like this.Unfortunately a few weeks after giving birth we have split ways and he has moved out of the property we were living in.I can only afford what I am able to afford, this has been repetitively explained on many occasions to DSL.DSL and said Vet company have made an agreement that the dept will be paid in one year. This is not realistic to my current circumstances. Hence why I am feeling bullied as the company doesn’t seem to understand this.I got in contact with a Money advice service (MoneyPlus) who agreed to help me with my finances and they have taken on this dept and manage the dept for me.DSL have received written confirmation of this.I have been told by MoneyPlus that DSL do not need to contact me anymore as they will be paying them directly via cheque.However DSL has ignored this and continued to contact me, making me feel bullied.Due to feeling bullied I have also set up a £5 payment plan ON TOP of any payments MoneyPlus will be making.However, DSL recently tried to take £6.20, this was not agreed on the phone call. (Please listen to the call) Thos payment has recently declined as I DO NOT HAVE any more than that I can offer at this current time. The company is more than welcome to retrieve £5 as agreed.I want to make this publicly known so that other people who are have the unfortunate luck of dealing with DSL understand what they are getting themselves into.

This is not a FCA regulated Debt recovery company, if you don't like how they operate, you can complain to no one about it.My vet charged me an undisclosed 15% on an unpaid bill, a bill unpaid at that point for 14 days, they rang me on the 13th April telling me i owed them money for an excess as my insurer hadn't settled the full bill, I asked for an invoice, it arrived early May with a late payment fee added, effectively turning it into a credit agreement, the longer i take to pay, the more i owe. a £300 bill turned into £400 within a month. I complained to my vet who said they had already passed the debt to DSL, at this point my bill was 28 days old.I asked DSL who can i complain to about the extra charges of almost £100 on a bill that was 4 weeks old but because DSL are operating without the obligatory FCA regulation, I can complain to no one other than another mickey mouse company.I suggest anyone dealing with this company contact trading standards or the FCA before agreeing anything or better still call there bluff and let a court decide if there actions are legal.Guarantee they wont rely to this post with anything other than bull !

We have always been very happy with the advice and service offered by DSL. On numerous occasions we have had the need to recover unpaid debts from customers who refused to pay for services they both agreed to and received. These guys sort things out without issues. If you are in a situation where you are in need of services of this type of company, they are the BEST!

This debt collection company is very difficult and intimidating to work with!Despite your efforts and contributions, they still add late fees (when promised they wouldn't) they are very threatening and the customer service is awful!They harass you by email, sms and calls without having any consideration and understanding of an individuals circumstance.By far the worst company to deal with and really awful people!

Payed of debt straight to a vet and they still calling me apparently my debt went up NOT PAYING ANYTHING ELSE THAT I OWNED bullying people for the past year i didn't said it was witheld for a year !!!!!! All I said I've payed straight my debt to a vet and dsl still calling me after 7 months saying my debt went up I'm taking this to a trading standard Your company doesn't have a clue what people are thru this days not having money or work or feeding children on cans or don't have a money for nappies I will be happy to talk to manager but not paying a penny
