I had started my locs at home and once they had grown out to a certain length i just could not get the roots to stay locked. Paid one visit to Nattie and now i finally have locs, good and proper locs. Natties was friendly and had plenty of maintenance advice for me. I look forward to my next appointment and chatting with Nattie and her Love Birds again.

I had a fantastic experience at Nattie Dreads. Another stylist had messed up my hair colouring and style and the salon accommodated me quickly (in an emergency) and done a fantastic job.I have had LOADS of people comment on how crisp the gel twists look. I have only just got mine done and I am already looking forward to the next time I come to the shop.Brilliant experience and a very good stylist!

Absolutely an amazing experience. Nats and Kay are 2 brilliant loc-technians . They are extremely professional make you feel comfortable and at at home. I have and will continue to get my hair washed, locked and styled along with recommending other .. Thank you ladies

It has been over year since I attended this hair salon and that woman Stylist Natalie Is probably the most unprofessional stylist I have ever come acrossI WILL NEVER GO BACK. If you are starting Locs and/ or getting Loc extensions and need a stylist to ease you into the process and do a good job, well, I would give this place a miss!I was starting Locs for the first time and had the usual anxiety associated it having LocsThis woman did not provide the professional care that is required by having the proper consultation. The whole time she acted that like she could not be questioned and I had to practically dig for information about the process for installing loc extensions. She was very guarded about where she would get the loc extensions even thoughDuring the pricing process she mentioned She would be ‘paying for’ the Loc extensions.She did the initial interlocking with my hair and toldMe that she would have the Locs ready as she would have to prep them- ( dye the Locs because I wanted colour)Most good stylists would have shown a sample of the Loc extensions she would be using. This woman did not, even though I enquired.She just said she would have it ready.Then on the day I went to install the loc extensions, I walked into the store for the appointment and this woman would not even acknowledge me and kept staring at her phone. IStood there for a while and when she was ready she said something to the effect of ‘sit there I’m coming’I did not want to make a big deal of her behaviour as I did not want anything to interfere with the successful installation.Then when this woman started on my hair she did not really explain what she was doing, did not appear to size the Locs according to the interlocs on my natural hair.Because I was completely new to Locs, I was confused as to what she was doing and unsure about what ordered Locs or used locs( Locs cut off from another Human’s hair )was supposed to look like.The process of installation did not feel right. This woman carried out the installation with an air of , don’t stress me with any questions. This was intimidating, not because I could not stand up for myself, but because I was feeling vulnerable as it was my first time and my look was to be for a big birthday. I really just wanted everything to go well.1. It became apparent that the especially towards the end of the installation that this woman was using used Locs ( from a humans head) for the installation and she had not been open about this!2. After all the interlocking of my natural hair, and counting the Locs on head for the installation, and the supposed preparation presumably in the bathroom at her home, this woman still failed to provide the correct amount of loc extensions for the installation. And because she started installing the Locs from the back of my head there were a few Locs in very obvious places that she did not have any loc extensions for! She told me to to wear my hair in that state and come back another day to install the missing Locs. This woman had already taken a substantial amount of money from me to ‘pay for’the Locs yet she has failed to obtain the correct amount after counting the lost on my head3. The finished look of the installation was terrible. The loc extensions were clearly to fat for my natural Locs and I believe that because this woman was greedy about money - she applied some used Locs instead , even though they were not suitable-The Locs she had installed were much too big for my natural Locs.4. When I told her I did not like the look and could not walk around with unfinished installation, she immediately started talking the extensions out, with a very bad attitude.5. She then withheld all the money that I had paid for the installation and also withheld the Locs.6. She did not have the decency to apologise.She Was rude and unprofessional.This woman’s work and behaviour were equally appalling.Rather than feeling excited about my big day- I was deflated.Thankfully I walked up the Road and found Premiere Locs of London!
