Weyman Funeral Directors

It has been 3 months now since my son passed on in Cambridge and I engaged Weyman for his funeral. I didn't really got the opportunity to express my thanks to Sally, Tina and Kevin for their great assistance, empathy and professionalism. Thank you on behalf of Kok Wai Chan

Wonderful caring staff. Comfortable environment. My mum passed suddenly and I didn't know anything about planning a funeral. Sally guided me every step. David picked up mum from the coroner and was there with her for the whole journey which was extremely comforting. It was like an extended family experience. Helen ran the ceremony and was another angel who guided me to create something my mum would be pleased with. Definitely recommend. Thank you so much Weyman!x

I cannot rate Weyman Funeral Directors enough. I have dealt with them on two occasions; first in 2001 when my father died and more recently when my grandfather passed away on 30th December 2017. My grandfather passed away at home and from when we first contacted them they were wonderful and came instantly. They were so respectful and kind; I couldn't have wished for better people to take care of my grandad. They treated him with such dignity, and had time to speak to us as a family during one of the most hardest situations we had ever had to face. Nothing was too much for all the staff from the moment they picked him up. The funeral was absolutely beautiful and it meant so much to us how kind the staff were and how they took the time to get to know us as a family and ensure all our needs and my grandfather's wishes were met. We never felt like it was just a job they were doing; the staff here genuinely care for the welfare of families and friends of people who have passed on. I get quite tearful when I think of how kind all the staff were. They are such lovely people who invest so much time in making sure you are okay. I will be eternally grateful for the fantastic service you provided to not only him but 4 generations of my Grandfathers nearest and dearest. You gave my Grandad the amazing send off he deserved. Thank you all at Weymans.

Team of caring expert staff provided a beautiful funeral with dignity and compassion, making the preparations and the actual day so much easier to deal with the sadness. Hearse was sparklingly clean and shiny and staff dressed smartly.Highly Recommended.

Really wonderful customer service during a difficult period. Weymans were really flexible with me as well as I don't live locally to Cambridge. Contact was very easy both via email and on the phone.

My father was also my best friendThe commitment and quality of care we received from the team from the first phone call to the final journey in life was outstanding.True understanding and respect we received made the saddest time feel like one big family working together.Not a company doing a job.Nothing is to much trouble at anytime day or night . I could not fault anything they did. The coffin was much nicer than I was expecting and there were two plaques on it. The ashes were similarly presented in a lovely box with a metal plaque. They had to come out in the middle of the night to collect my father who died at home. They were so kind and respectful I was very touched. Then I saw the same person at the cremation which was actually rather comforting. Lovely people. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased I went with Weyman for my husband's funeral. We had a humanist ceremony and the celebrant conducted the service perfectly. A few people even asked if she knew him. Everyone at Weyman was so respectful and kind and made our day really special. Big thanks to the very lovely David who was such a kind, reassuring face on the day and Sally for organising. I would 100% recommend Weyman. They were so helpful and ensured we made the day unique. I really couldn't have asked for a better celebration of the life of my wonderful husband.

My husband passed away at the beginning of August, Weyman was the funeral directors that we used we couldn't of asked for a better or more personal service from them,down to every little detail and nothing was too much trouble ,my daughter and was very pleased in everything that was done for us from beginning to end.
