Great stay, staff were very friendly and professional. Easy to get to from m25 and close to Heathrow. Spa worth a visit, with indoor and outdoor pool, steam and sauna rooms and various hot stone beds to relax on- if you can be patient, use the sensory showers, really nice! Moreish restaurant was delicious and service as the rest of the hotel, top class!

Absolutely amazing! If I could give it more stars I would! Just got back from spending the weekend here. Went here to celebrate my partners birthday, and did not disappoint! We’ve both said it’s our new favourite hotel! Everything was seamless - the service was second to none, the whole place is immaculate, the food at MOREish was sensational and our waitress Isabel was wonderful. The spa is just sublime, I could happily have spent all day in there. Thank you to everyone for what truly was an unforgettable experience, and we will certainly be back to celebrate all future birthdays and anniversaries!

We stayed for one night to attend a wedding. Our room was spacious and well appointed, the bar was relaxed and perfect for meeting and mingling with other guests, the food at the Moreish restaurant in the evening was tasty, and the service excellent. As a wedding venue, I personally found the seating in the Library a little inconvenient due to the height of the chair backs! However, the Orchid Tea Room was beautiful, light and airy and welcoming. The wedding meal/venue were perfect -a light bright room, opulent without being pretentious, and the food was some of the best I ever tasted. Again, the service was excellent. I have deducted one star for minor niggles (the mirror behind the mini bar in our room was very dusty; the lavatory seat was offset to the left; the fork on my breakfast table was dirty!) It is a 5 star hotel, with 5 star prices, and everything should be spot on! Whilst set in a stunning location, and beautifully appointed, this hotel's greatest asset (I believe) is its staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the waiting on staff, to the baggage porters was an absolute delight.

What an amazing experience.This is probably the nicest room that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every single staff member that I spoke to was really helpful and always had a smile on their face.The spa is glorious and has everything that you need. The gym is also very good with lots of high-tech equipment.The only downside is that they do not have many vegan options in their restaurant, which is really surprising seeing as they are pushing for a more eco experience.

Stayed here for 1 night for our 15 year anniversary on Sunday. Beautiful hotel stunning interior. Our room was superb and luxurious. Spa and outside pool is one of the best we've been to very relaxing and could have stayed for longer. Food was good at Moreish. The service was a little off, staff not knowing how to check in as we had booked via secret escapes and had paid upfront or whether we could order breakfast to our room for the morning. But overall a great hotel.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay the night after our wedding. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Spa facilities were beautiful, food and bar selection excellent. The decor is amazing. Overall, could not have been happier and would strongly recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were nice, but the hotel itself felt like a maze and it was easy to get lost. I feel the signage could do with some enhancements to reduce the dependence on asking staff for directions, but there were at least plenty of staff available.The food was tasty and hot.Check in could have explained a little more (eg if breakfast was included in the rate etc) but otherwise it was fine. Just not a remarkable stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel. One of the best hotels we have ever been to. We will definitely return there whenever we need to relax. The hotel staff was totally top class and the Moreish restaurant is all you need - amazing food, great wine and best service. Thank you to the restaurant manager Alden and to our waiter Pedro for making our dining experience so special. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful hotel with stunning views and gardens. The service was impeccable and rooms of a very high standard. All facilities e.g. spa, pool, restaurant, breakfast area, games room, lobby were excellent, clean and very new. The decor was also very modern and stylish throughout. It is also child friendly. Could not recommend highly enough.

I have been to the 1215 bar with friends for drinks on Saturday lunchtime twice now. We sit outside the bar under the big brollies. Drinks are a bit expensive but very drinkable - there’s lager, cider and my particular favourite the very nice 1215 pale ale. Service is of course very good. A very nice experience and I heartily recommend it.
