They reacted very fast to the emergency with my guinea pig and were extra patient when having to explain to me the treatment so I understand it. Very happy with them!

They were so nice to us and the gentleman that we saw was amazing simply amazing, he treated our bruno who had horrific wounds on his body from mites (diagnosed wrongly from other vets) with so much care, he improved within a week with the correct medication. Thank you so much i really appreciate it

Have been using Pines for 7 years - vets there have always been so lovely - they all seem to have left now though which is a shame - receptionists are quite stuffy and miserable it really wouldn’t hurt for them to smile when you check your pet in. Had a 3 minute if that, consultation with the vet and was charged £60 - I was quite shocked that when I went to pay, the receptionist had to go and speak with the vet to see what I was to be charged for this consultation - I thought a consultation fee what a standard charge? Was this £60 plucked out of the air?? Felt like it .. having said this my fur baby is worth every penny of that £60 to get peace of mind it was just a reflux issue.

The care and compassion Pines shows is outstanding. My beautiful old dog was at end of life the vet Agustin provided such detailed explanation and gentle examination before putting her to sleep. She was treated with care and love. I can’t thank him enough for how he treated us all with such empathy. I have to also thank the receptionists who were all so kind especially Sandy who I spoke to a few times. You all made such a difference in this difficult time.

Just had an astonishing conversation with the receptionist. I was telling her about someone sitting in the full sun yesterday afternoon (38 degrees) with a black spaniel, she said she has a cool coat for her dog, so I said this dog had nothing. 'Well ' she said, 'people are quick to judge aren't they' . She's working in a vets for Gods sake. Has she tried walking barefoot on a pavement in this heat, what an idiotic thing to say. I will be moving to a vets with competant reception staff

Really poor communication. Left waiting three times for a phone call about an appointment recently so was forced to move vets and find an appointment myself elsewhere. I can understand there being no appointments available but I can’t accept not being called back when I was promised to be called with updates. Three times. My cat is ill and underweight so to be kept waiting when I have said she isn’t eating is really poor service. The vets themselves I have to say were excellent, and I never had an issue with them. My problem is purely with the poor service from the front desk.
