Evenings, one staff member. Not acceptable. Travelodge, you've got how many hotels and can't afford additional staff? My child was vomiting in the bathroom and whilst I have no issue cleaning up after them, I couldn't get access to any disinfectant or cleaning products. Yes I understand why - COSHH, however, why is there no housekeeping staff throughout the day and night? The one member of staff working tried to be as helpful as possible and provided me with extra towels, bin liners and a mop & bucket but I had to use shower gel to clean up. Didn't work to rid the smell. If I could give this place a 0, I absolutely would. If I could rate the member of staff it would be a 5.

Rooms are very bad carpet colours are very dirty and carpet colours are fade from blue to beige. Also on check in lady on reception seemi told us to give review by scanning their QRCode as she is new at job and need good reviews. I would never recommend this hotel again.

It didn't feel or look clean. The carpet had bits over it and it had a strange sickly sweet smell. The bed cracked and the mattress was really uncomfortable. The staff member was lovely though on the desk. I think this hotel needs an overhaul with matresses and repainting walls. I am aware it's a budget hotel but it was still £60.

Absolutely appalling, there appears to be one member of staff who is absent from the so called reception for long periods of time. You can't enter the building until the 'receptionist' answers the intercom we were waiting for 15/20 mins tired after a horrendous journey at nearly midnight and finding out we had to drive through the ULEZ zone bumping the cost up already. When we finally got in and into our room it was even more disappointing, the bed was double not king, really uncomfortable and the room was tiny with no bath. We visit travelodge a lot but would Never come to this one again. Absolutely shocking

Ruined by a lady named ruta. Asked her for our room number as well as alte check out. Apparently people were smoking so we are not allowed a late checkout. Asked for our room number, she simply walked away. NEVER AGAIN

Clean and quiet.Housekeep little inpatient knocking door before 12 or maybe she was checking if itcwas empty I dont know. Ive stop at others and thats never happened.

Quite hard to find, but once found it was a nice hotel. Staff polite and helpful. On arrival card didn't work on corridor door, lucky that someone was coming out and said that they too had a key issue. Card didn't work on my room door when i came back so had to go to reception again, I was informed that if I stored my door key with my car key this could effect my key?

This is a nice hotel and was convenient for my one night stay but there were a couple negatives which I have fed back to the hotel. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again for one night.

I have been disrespected by the staff. The staff was opening my door with there card without my permission. Before I was leaving I was waiting for my dad to pick me up the cleaning lady came to my room telling me to get out and being so so rude to me. You need to fire that cleaning lady she is absolutely disrespectful. I hated there and never will go back there and I am telling everyone how was my experience there so they don't go there. This is my worst experience at staying at your hotel.

Lift was out of service and a lot of stairs with luggage to a high floor. Room was huge though, possibly largest Travelodge room I've ever stayed in.
