Very disappointing service. Prev. Pad for forever battery. The guy “replacing the battery” “forgot” to replace a part. We had to return the watch and we’re told it would take a week to get the part. We left it longer but unfortunately today the part still had not arrived a they estimate a further week.This is not good enough.IT is an expensive watch and I want it back pronto.Never will I use the Redhill branch again !

I visited this Timpson Redhill to repair my complicated Indian sandals. I met 2 very nice gentleman who understood Asian footwear and completed my repair in 1 hour. Visited on Saturday 9th September to get some passport photos taken, gentlemen in the shop is always helpful, the previous time was to try and get my daughters school shoes repaired as she only had 2 weeks left at school, they were falling apart but he did an emergency repair and would not accept payment as he wasn't sure it would last, it did and saved me buying a new pair.

Not at all happy with the photograph taken, the reason for going to this place is to print the photo for Visa purpose. I have better camera body and lense than they use.

Not impressed and felt ripped off to be honest. Just wanted one regular key cut for a cheapo Yale type front door lock. Took all of about 20 seconds to do and got charged £9.00 which I think is extortionate.

Went to get some keys cut this morning & Joe went above & beyond to help me he was friendly & helpful he also sorted my phone out will definitely go back.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommended if you are getting passport photos, particularly for babies. Very quick and easy process, way less stressful than I was anticipating.

Got two keys cut yesterday and neither of them work. They won’t even go in the keyhole. The man, if not ride, was clearly disinterested in what he was doing. Doesn’t help when they don’t get their credit card reader fixed either.m. Terrible service.
