Kidsgrove Train Station
This is the sort of place that you avoid visiting if you can help it.It's a drab interchange station between the Stoke, Crewe and Manchester stations where only a handful of services stop every hour. Most of the station is exposed to the elements, and when we visited most of the waiting rooms were locked.It's a tired place in need of investment, but they did replace the rotting footbridge linking the platforms recently.

Not manned in the late afternoon and problems with folk messing about on the platforms not helping much - didn’t find a toilet to use either

Busy station getting you around the country, and into Stoke and Manchester.Lift to enable you to cross the platforms if you have trouble with stairs, or have a childs buggy, or rely on a wheelchair.Nice and tidy, board outside with info of trains, and a small car park to leave your car for a charge, i think.

A basic station that does lack amenities. Ample parking, and helpful staff. The platforms are well presented and clean.

Great train station to get around from and always clean when we have used it. Shame it doesn't have someone on the ticket office more often as all the times we have been there has been no one there and needed some advice today.

Love this station. Never overfull. Good disabled facilities. Feel safe. Parking smashing, right on the station. Great for shopping and a few cocktails at Manchester

Fantastic little station, amost right on my doorstep. I always try to travel from this station as it's so convenient. Parking is good and reasonably priced, and the recent additions of new lifts and bridges makes this station first class now.Really miss the fact that passengers can't get directly to London anymore. The excuse that the platform at Kidsgrove station isn't long enough for the trains to stop at doesn't wash with me, as there are other stations along the route in the same situation where passengers are simply advised to move further to the front of the trains to disembark.

Fantastic friendly service, the station mistress was of exceptional help.Just wouldn't have managed that bloody computer ticket machine evil, soulless things.Don't know the young ladies name but THANK YOU so much.Do look forward to seeing you again.

The lift on platform 4 seems to have a fly infestation... At weekends their is extremely limited undercover shelter especially on platform 3
