Easy to enter covered car park with pedestrian exits direct to shops. Spaces average sized, neither generous nor very tight. Feels safe, well-lit when dark.Access is not intuitive, having to start from from Wellesley Road, turning into and following Park Street onto Edinburgh Road, it is signed 'Park Mall Edinburgh Road'.Free parking after 15:00 every day, and all day on Bank Holidays.This is a RingGo (mobile phone app) only car park. Which means this is a cashless car park, there are no facilities to pay by card or cash! So make sure you have a smartphone with the RingGo app installed with an account setup. Fundamentally object to Ringo only payment for this and any other car park. Ringo and others like them have hidden fees, including for notifications, that even the Ashford website doesn't highlight. Proper cashless machines, no excuse. Very poor service, needless to say I didn't stop.

Top floor was closed so limiting parking,The smell of urine was so strong, and can only pay using RingGo app, which it doesn't state until you're in carpark
