Asda Gloucester Supercentre
Wait 25 minutes for a substandard breakfast. Asked for a full English. Apparently no toast comes with it. £6.50 for a full English without toast. Staff are pleasant but timing is unorganised and when only 33% (5 of 16) of the cafe tables are occupied 25 minutes is too long for a dead cafe. If 100% of the tables were occupied. Good luck with the feedback on the cafe. You'd be lucky to get 1 star.

Worked here 11 years ago left due to having no staff and annoyed customers. Today even worse. Rows of shelf's empty. Then massive queue at the tills. Got to the front of the queue and found the lady (staff) on self scan crying as a customer had been rude to her! This is what happens when you replace 7 tills with 8 basket self scans 6 trolley self scans 4 scan as you go tills and have two members of staff having to check everything from energy drinks to a celery being too heavy. I remember this store had a manager for everything. Tills, cafe, bakery, cleaning, chilled, frozen even one for morale!" All looked busy in meetings whilst staff were being verbally abused on shop floor. Nothing has changed it seems. Staff = Just a number"

Our order was late for delivery, we rang the customer help line. For the operator on the other end of the phone to be telling me the other customers addresses as to where the driver has recently delivered too!Absolutely horrifying how they can just hand peoples addresses over to another customer on the phone! So much for your information being secure with ASDA!To top it off our driver suddenly couldn’t find our property after 1minute of leaving another customers address.Couldn’t be put through to management according to the operator on the phone. Horrible customer service. No update from Asda stating delivery would be late (or in my case not turn up at all!)

Absolutely awful shop. Massive shortage of trolleys to the point there were no trolleys left about ten mins after opening. Scan and go scanners are not replaced fast enough meaning again they are often unavailable. Shortage of staff on tills leads to long queues. The whole shops is chaotic.

Disgusted with travel money service. Closed on Saturday for staff training (more like no staff) with no warning just a sign on the kiosk. Had to collect prepaid card today only to find out that it wasn’t registered properly so now going on holiday with no money as Asda has had it upfront! Closed on Wednesdays and we fly then. Customer services unable to help. Asda shouldn’t put their name on the service as they can’t do anything..

Poorly trained staff with regard to customer service management seems at a loss how to rectify issues. Overall This particular store needs a shake up to bring it up to Asdas usual high standard. In future I shall be using the near by Morrisons"

Store is well stocked, but checkout experience awful. Saturday evening and only 2 checkouts open for a Supercentre". Cashier purposely slow (not sure if she was proving a point?)

Tried Asda after being disappointed with my nearest supermarket chain, and I'm so glad I did.The stock availability is great, the prices are so much lower, there's so much more variety, the vegetables are great quality.And the click & collect is quick and easy.

Very positive experience today!I was looking a particular mug that I had seen online with the letter M on. I asked the manager Sean for help locating it, he tried to find them on the shop floor but no luck. After a phone call he found out they were out back. He came back with the mug that I wanted! Very happy customer
