Great course and exceptional conditions. 18th is a challenge, 220 yard par 3 with a small green beside the 1st tee the clubhouse and a row of Audi, BMW and Mercedes... I had to lay-up!

Great experience. We felt very welcome as visitors (by both staff and the members). Very different from the rest of the golf we played on our trip and well worth going out of your way for. Fair warning though, the 18th tee shot is terrifying. Club down, aim left and hope for the best.

Course well presented for the senior open. Greens were consistently paced and ran smoothly. Some challenging holes and short par fours made for an interesting round.Service and food in the clubhouse was excellent.Overall s most enjoyable day one which I hope to repeat.
