My family is a regular customer of Bradford Broadway store and we visited the store for toy shopping today and there was a small play area for kids to experience ‘Sandsational’ products. My two daughters enjoyed playing with the product and they had a great interest in the product and came back to play a little bit more before purchasing it. All of sudden, a lady called Tracy (another staff member said that she is a manager) came and forced my daughters to stop playing due to a long-playing time. I tried to ignore the situation and I did not complain straight away because my kids were listening but my kids were so disappointed and one of them cried. They played about 10 minutes total and there was no one waiting for the play and even there was no notice that no one could play more than 5 minutes. (CCTV can be evidence). I came back to the store to complain but she was not there due to her break.Two other staff members were so friendly and kind but it seems that Tracy does not care about how the kids feel. I am not sure why she treats kids like that but as a regular customer, this is what I feel and it ruined my family’s time today.I am so disappointed regarding her poor customer service.

More toys for ages 7+ would be nice

Me go Entertainer in Bradford, have lots of fun. Entertainer have many toys and games for cavemen and offspring. Me like how store organized, easy to find what me looking for. Staff very friendly, help me choose perfect toy for little cavekid. Me also like how Entertainer have option for click and collect, make shopping even easier. Overall, me very happy with Entertainer in Bradford and highly recommend to other cavemen.
